We had a great time making memories here. We loved how spacious the house was and that the kids Could play outside on the snow. The only few things I would change would be adding more blankets, having DVD players that work on all the TV’s, and the internet was non existent (which meant you couldn’t use your phone, but there was ONE landline phone for emergencies).

The home was beautiful and spacious. The upstairs bedroom/loft was a great getaway space for the parents. The kitchen was spacious and accommodating. Some dishes were dirty in the cabinets so I had to rewash before use. The main level bunk room was not pictured but was roomy with a walk-in closet for the kids. Downstairs was great for the kids to take their "excited voices". They have a selection of boards games that we gladly used! Overall a great experience!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property had plenty of room for 7 adults and we found everything we needed except it would of been nice to have xtra blankets for the beds and sitting around. The location was great, comfortable furniture ( mattresses downstairs might need an update) plenty of seating at the table and room to all cook together!

We had a blast. House is wonderful!

Great house with good deck space to enjoy the weather, and close to all the outdoor activities around mt hood. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely love this cabin! It is clean, large, well stocked, and sits on a beautiful piece of property full of wild life and gorgeous views.

Great property, beautiful setting.

We really enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer! We were ecstatic that it was snowy when we went, but now we are talking about planning a summer trip to this house too. They had everything we needed and lots of space! Thanks!

This property is located in a wonderfully secluded part of the forest. The only thing we saw of the neighbors was a porch light when we took the dogs on a nighttime or early morning walk. The kitchen is incredible, and the nook easily fit the 7 of us. Sleeping arrangements were great as well, but I would suggest bringing extra blankets if you are going during colder months. The kids are asking to come back in the summer time!

So 2nd night we tried to BBQ our filet mignon & bbq didn’t operate properly at all- only 1/2 of bbq worked & lighter to ignite flame was rusty & didn’t work had to go to the store to buy a lighter Had to finish on the stove Bathtub in master could only be filled 1/4 way before running out of hot waterDirty dishes put away in cabinets- had to wash everything before eating Pizza pan was crusted up with baked on food from beforeDirt & debris under all furniture Top it off.... we found bats in the house 2 times! Laundry room & kitchen sinks It was these little things that were very aggravating! All the little things added up quickly making it one big deal especially the bat situation was a real deal breaker! We have rented from VRBO in the past and have always been happy until this property.... left a lot to be desired on the property! VERY disappointed!!

Only one jet worked and when on caused scummy bubbles (I looked at filter-appears to not have been replaced in many years). Back to August, if I hadn't been escaping yard work I could've spent the entire time doing yard work and not make a dent. Needs work but I like overgrown unkept. Huge DVD collection, lots of games, x-mas lights in kitchen cupboard for stringing up (bring more for the hot tub porch, really nice). Total privacy. Basketball Court was great..3/4 fenced. Neighbor is unoccupied, under construction. Cleaners could pay attention to outdoor furniture. Watch out for final step leading to basement. We put a glow stick there, it's a hip breaker..invisible. I want the screen doors-retractable. Owners need a waterless water heater, forget about filling up the upstairs jet tub with hot water. As all have said, your not going to stream movies - DVD's only here. Don't sign on to Wi-fi pass, reception better without.

So glad we chose this place. Plenty of space and everything you'd need for cooking and more. A bonus for us was the stereo and great speakers. Amazing master bedroom and the two secondary bedrooms on the lowest level are identical (so no fighting for who gets what). I'd stay here again for sure.

Had a wonderful, relaxing week and can't wait to go back!

Boy does this home live up to the title we have bestowed upon it. We did not see any wood-nymphs, but if you search, you may be able to find them. Gorgeous home in a perfect setting, well equipped, appointed, and out-fitted. Amazing out door basketball half-court, and hot tub from which to relax after summer or winter play. This is the perfect retreat for ANY time of year in Oregon.

We truly enjoyed the seclusion of the property even though it was less than 5 minutes from stores and restaurants. The proximity to Mt. Hood was great. The house was comfortable and since we had 2 families, the layout was great.
