The property was under construction during our stay, while the property manager states it was in the listing and the outside was being worked on and the parking lot would be closed as well by as one pool, they did not further state the horrific noise we endured for a week. Jack hammering, grinding, the balcony was closed, while it did state the parking lot was closed, it didn’t state that the walkway was also closed and we’d have to enter thru scaffolding and around fencing. Doesn’t sound so bad until you’re lugging luggage for 6 people for a weeks stay. This also meant very limited handicap accessible parking for the two handicapped individuals in my family, one being autistic (my son) who had to endure the horrific noise that we were told was taking place outside; yes it was outside, it reverberated into the condo for a week causing him to miss online school, wear noise canceling headphones, and try to hide. The property management company had zero sympathy, they seemed to forget about the ADA. Now let’s move on the cleanliness. It was gross. When we discovered that the ice maker wasn’t working and went to investigate by pulling the refrigerator out we discovered mouse urine and droppings, and no the ice maker never did work. You could write your name in the dust on the surfaces including lamps, and headboards. We checked in right at 4p and was told they were still cleaning but would be done by the time we got there. We stopped and got groceries on the way with our two small children. We didn’t get access to our room until 7p essentially ruining our cold groceries and our kids bed time. We did not feel we were appropriately compensated ($150) for the condo rental properties cleaning mistakes and ruining our first day of vacation. The cleaning that did get done was subpar. I wouldn’t recommend this condo rental property based on this alone. The condo has appropriate amenities. There is a keurig in the kitchen which is nice. The pool was nice but often closed for various reasons.

Condo was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Some of the staff of Crescent Shores weren’t always the most friendly or accommodating. Overall a very enjoyable week.

We truly enjoyed our stay @ Crescent Shores! There was an initial mix-up w/ cleaning when we arrived and the condo wasnt cleaned! But, it was quickly taken care of and it did not impact our vacation! I would definitely stay again!

It wasn’t mentioned that you had to park at the garage across the street. I would not have rented because of my small grandchildren. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly. The maintenance man did come promptly. The condo’s furniture definitely needs a good cleaning or replaced. The condo was noisy with the balcony doors. The kitchen was well equipped.

Was a great location and was clean. Only complaint was the rain and the temperature was chilly.

Our unit was spacious, clean and had the best view from out 10th floor balcony!

Great experience. The complex and condo we stayed in was beautiful. Ours had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Everything was just as it showed online. Staff was nice, checking in and out was easy. Pool was freezing though! Loved that it was all ocean front and walk to the beach was easy because of the bridges across the dunes. Chair rental was right there and very convenient. Would go back there again.

All the chairs need tighten. Nice place Could use some bigger pot, the one there is rusted.

The property was lovely, just as it appeared on line. North Beach Realty made check in a breeze and it was convenient. My only concern was that the indoor pool was a little on the chilly side and not sure it was especially clean. The condo had everything you could want and more.

Great room and great view. One small issue. It would have been nice if coffee filters and maybe salt, pepper and dry spices would have been in the unit. Other than that, the place was great!

Good fit for a weekend with old friends.

We loved the property!

I was very impressed that the condo looks exactly like it looks online. The kitchen has every dish, pots and pans you can think of. The beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful vacation. Hope to return next year.

Plenty of room for our 5 family members. Needed 3 bedrooms and this unit was great. The view is amazing from the moment you walk in the front door as well as from the kitchen, the dining/living room and of course, the master bedroom. Everything was very clean and we would definitely stay here again. Three things that in no way affect the 5-star rating: I'm a big Atlanta Braves fan and the channel that broadcasts the Braves game was not available. The channels that are available are streamed from the owners home package which was disappointing. The channels would not have been an issue if I could have watched the Braves games. The regular coffee maker requires the less common, cone shaped filters. Had to buy a box so we left them for the next renters. A Keurig coffee maker is also available which was nice. You are required to load the dishwasher and start it before you leave. We couldn't find any dishwasher detergent pods. Of course we brought some from home, but we have always found that at least one pod is provided for the last day of other rentals since it is required. I know I'm picky, so this 5-star rating should speak volumes. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Great place. Very nice inside.

Everything was as advertised. My only complaint was that I never received the email that contained the code for the key drop off. We left real early before the office opened, So I had to just drop my keys and swim bands off without the envelope they came in. I would like to see clearer details that aren’t so hidden in the paperwork they give you.

We had a wonderful time at Crescent Shores. The amenities were exactly as listed. It was so convenient to be right on the beach and have an option of the pool. The check in and out process was so easy. We hope to return again next year.
