Very clean! Kitchen stocked similar to a motel kitchenette. King bed very comfortable. Not working: TV, Coffee maker, no toaster or outdoor grill. Commode placement bad-against wall. Eek Back deck rotted, lawn chair fell through and so did I. Not recommended unless repairs made, hazard.

All the basics- clean, good A/C, good location, basic dishes and silverware, bed in master bedroom was okay, TV work fine, but would not shut off until I unplugged it. Needs some repairs: Garbage disposal- shut down Toilet paper holder broken when we arrived. Toilet paper was just sitting on the floor beside the toilet. Almost no lights in the kitchen and living room. The can lights in the ceiling do not work.

House was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would stay here again.

When we arrived there were no towels in the bathroom. We started looking for them and found some hand towels in a drawer. It appeared like these were brand new from Amazon because there was a packing slip in the middle of the towels. Which means these towels were never washed. None of the ceiling lights in the kitchen, living area, worked. Only one light over the bar area worked. We pay a cleaning fee but are asked to wash towels and take out the trash. Shouldn't this be part of the cleaning crews' job? As we were placing our towels in the washer we found wet towels in there, probably from the prior renters. There were also sheets stuffed in the drawers. Were sheets even washed between renters? We're guessing No since there were towels in the washer. In the master bedroom, there is a lamp on the left side of the bed but no plug close by so it could be used. There is not a rod in the closet to hang clothes. The drawers were stuffed with sheets so no room there either. The middle room does not have a closet and needs a wardrobe of some kind to hang clothes The rug in the living area is filthy--it is stained and just gross. We didn't want to walk on it. There were no wash cloths, no kleenex, and no hair dryer. If we would have known that these were not provided we would have brought our own. The shower curtain was also stained and molded. This house needs some work to bring it up to the quality that is shown in the rental listing pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay. On our trip down we were delayed by tornadoes but Tyler was responsive and flexible. House was super cute. Thanks Tyler for hosting!
