Have been to Ithaca several times over the years and this place is the best by far. Fani, the manager, was very helpful and informative as well as accommodating when we asked if we could extend our stay. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back here in the future.
This was a great deal, and this apartment was very comfortable.
There was nothing not to like.

Fani is a great host. The apartment is clean and located in the center but quite in the night.

Just returned from a mini break staying at this fantastic apartment. Very clean and well equipt kitchen. Fani the host was very communicative and made us feel very welcome. The beds were comfortable and the views....well... The most spectacular view in Vathi from the gorgeous sunrise to sunset it is truly breathtaking. Next time we return to Vathi I will not stay anywhere else. Thank you for your hospitality Fani x

Good location and size of the apartment.
1. Booking pictures are misleading, the rooms are being advertised as having sea view, however that is only the case for one out of three. We expressed our disappointment upon arrival and the manager mentioned that more visitors have complained about that. Obviously no action has been taken to clarify the confusion.
2. A pack of open and semi eaten dry bread has been offered for breakfast treat.
3. Basic facilities were missing, such as hair dryer.
4. The oven was not working.
5. Noone cleaned the flat, collected the rubbish or provided clean towels / bed sheet during our 3 day staying.
We notified the manager for all the above but zero action has been taken or compensation offered.

We stayed 3 days at the apartment, location is perfect, the rooms are spacious, everything is clean. There is a very nice balcony where we sit for hours!
The bed wasn’t very comfortable to us. The apartment is nice but a bit expensive for what it is.

Brilliant location overlooking the bay. If you're sailing in, leave your boat at the town-square end of the quay and you'll be able to see it from the balcony.
There is some minor noise from the street occasionally but the windows are double-glazed, and there is air conditioning in every room. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking.
Bring cash for payment.
