Was a perfect spot. Nice and roomy.

Didn't receive the correspondence to access the apartment.

Location was great, a lovely spacious apartment with views to the bay and morning sunshine on the deck. Beds were comfortable and the combination of fans and aircon worked well.

I was surprised that there was only one roll of toilet paper for a whole week(7 nights) and on request of another roll told that the starter pack only includes one roll and I'd have to purchase my own. I would suggest 2 rolls for a 7 night stay.

Air con not strong enough to cool entire apartment. Unfriendly neighbours who yelled at us while we unloaded the car. YOU CANT PARK THERE!

The toilet was not connected to the floor, we were worried every time we sat down that it might fall over

Clean, safe easy to find. Nicely furnished, very helpful staff.

Could do with a user manual and garage is too small for anything larger than a small hatchback.

I was totally happy with the cleaning ladies upon arrival and the state they had cleaned the unit. Very thorough. Friendly woman who could not have been more helpful. Compared to the cleaning crew on another unit on the ground floor the day before our intended departure. Husband trying to get past with our port and she would not even move out of his way or stop what she was doing. Not sure if they are all employed by you or not, but great job to ladies doing our room on 11th November 2022
