The location was easy to find, very convenient to the beach. The place was clean.

Treated my friend to a Birthday weekend, when we arrived after 3pm we were looking forward to relaxing in the pool. Unfortunately the guests in the attached townhouse( same owner) did not want to share the pool! They had a giant not friendly dog! Be aware the pool is VERY small!! There was no relaxing in the pool this trip. The smaller bedroom had a close bathroom, nice size, clean, the large mirror was so cloudy it was useless, I did try to clean it, no luck. BTW owners don’t care, about your stay, it is what it is. They do have a really nice manager.

The location is excellent, walking distance to the beach.The house is super equipped, even with chairs and umbrella for the beach and a stroller to move it, the rooms are big and full of sun. Owners are very helpful and kind.

Little bit rainy - seaweed on beach should at least rake it - wouldn't recommend Monkey Bar around the corner terrible service - Loved Squid Lips and downtown Melbourne although a lot of the business's were closed

The house was awesome! Open floor plan with plenty of space. The supplies were of high quality. It was nice to spend time on the lovely patio and taking a dip in the pool. The location is great - across the street from the beach and just down the road to the dog beach. Many restaurants and sights to see nearby. We truly loved our stay!

Loved loved loved everything about this stay . I take reviews very seriously and this host and booking needs high accolades. We went to the funeral of our most beloved aunt who died unexpectedly 💔. Communication was perfect all inclusive they thought of everything. Just what we needed to comfort our hearts without the worry. Walking distance to beach. Towels blankets stroller if you have kids beach chairs pull wagon, the works. Washer dyer and detergent! Instant kettle for coffe n tea ect .Walmart and lite shopping nearby. All u need is your loved ones.

Great facilities in good condition means that you have everything you need for a great beach holiday. The property is within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and kids playgrounds. The cart to carry things to the beach, the slow cooker, washer, dryer, etc really make this a practical home from home!
