The property was beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. It was perfect for my family. We had four adults and two kids, and there was room for more. Hollee, the host, was exceptional, very friendly and accommodating. We were able to do a late check out, which was nice. She even gave us some hangers so we could keep our nice clothes wrinkle free as we traveled to our next destination.

We liked everything; there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It didn’t have an oven, but that wasn’t an issue for us. We were able to use the electric burners, air fryer, and microwave for all our needs.

I loved the apartment! It was cozy, clean, and had everything you needed for a family to stay comfortably. We loved how close it is to Zion, the Maverick gas station, and the local grocery store. The host was also super helpful and kind, she made us feel welcome and their guest information book was organized and a great touch.

There's not a stove, but the two hot plates, griddle, and BBQ grill were adequate for our family of five.

This is an exceptionally clean apt with its own separate entrance from the owners quarters which are upstairs. It has 3 bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen ( no stove, BUT does have some small appliances like a griddle to cook on) and a full bathroom. Much more private and spacious than a hotel. It is conveniently located within 30 minutes from Zion National Park and 2 hours from Bryce Canyon National Park and Antelope Canyon. The owners checked in via text several times during our stay to see if there was anything we needed and was always very prompt on getting back to me if I reached out to them. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to spend some time in this area.

There was nothing that i didn't like. Everything was exceptional.

This daylight basement apartment is impressive: spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. We felt at home here for 6 days. They took previous comments left in the guest book to heart, clearly improving/adding anything that might be missed. Kitchen is impressively stocked: pots, pans, hot plates for cooking, griddle, kid dishes, Tupperware, coffee pot and Keurig. We didn't need an oven or stovetop because of everything else. The owner's family is incredibly kind; my children loved playing with their children. The view was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. Also having a trampoline and large place to play in the morning and evening between outings made this an excellent vacation stay.

Leaving. My kids were in tears when we had to leave. They loved the place, called it home, and playing with the owner's kids was sincerely joyous.

This was a great property to stay with a group, perfect location, and the facilities were wonderful it exceeded our expectations! The hosts were very helpful and welcoming and gave us great recommendations for exploring the local area. Would highly recommend
