I can't say enough good things about this place. First and foremost it just has great energy to it. It is so nicely decorated, has everything one could ever need, and has windows and skylights everywhere making it so bright and welcoming. Even though there are houses on either side of you, they have gone to great lengths to make it still feel so very private. When in the house, all one sees is the river and forest. There are no houses across the river (at least not visible), so it is so very peaceful and quiet other than the sounds of nature. The kayaks and multiple floaties provided are so fun, and the new river deck is so nice to relax on and enjoy anytime of the year. Communication is five star as well! They always write back very fast and are very kind and helpful. And to top it all off, it's just a short 10 minute walk into town! (Pro tip: for a more peaceful walk not on the main road, I recommend crossing River Rd and walking into town on Old River Rd - it is mostly shaded and so peaceful and leads right into the start of town.) I have stayed here three times and already can't wait to go back.

Home had a great layout and view of river. Great location especially during swim season on the river. We did encounter a number of ants and spiders throughout house and felt the house could use a good deep cleaning.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The inside has been completely updated, with comfortable beds and furniture. The outside is lovely, and it is amazing to sit outside in the hot tub and watch the river flow past. There were nice touches too, like nightlights in the hallways, and an everything you would need in the kitchen. It lends itself to a perfect vacation!

We all really enjoyed our stay. It was great being perched above the river, especially with the decks and big windows. We had everything that we needed and appreciated the roomy common area as well as the kitchen being well stocked. Communication and process was all straightforward.

Everything was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Owner was very easy to contact and quick to respond.

Wonderful and relaxing time on the river. Home was beautiful and clean, bedrooms spaced nicely for privacy. Large kitchen with plenty of room for meal prep and gathering together. Large table ample size for games, meals and other projects. Best room in the house was the sitting room overlooking the river, never even turned on the TV while we were there. Spent some soaking time in the very clean hot tub while watching the river and the rain and fog in the beautiful redwoods. Would definitely recommend and look forward to booking again in the future.

The whole booking and check-in process was flawless. Hosted our kids and mom for thanksgiving and there was plenty of room inside and out for lounging, feasting, games, and taking in the beautiful view. Kayaked on the river and saw otters frolicking and a heron catch and eat a frog. Gulp!

We had a wonderful stay with my parents, in laws and children. Everyone enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, updated kitchen and furniture, and how well stocked the home was with supplies. We cooked several meals there and didn’t need to go out for anything. They even had soju shot glasses, which the grand folks loved. Plenty of comfy beds and rooms were clean. The views from both balconies were spectacular. Everyone really enjoyed the private dock. We can’t wait to return in the summer.

Our group of friends had a great time staying here! This house has everything you could need and is a short drive or walk to town. Our favorite part of our stay were the kayaks that were provided by the owner, it was great to take those out and relax on the river.

The house was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was a great space for our family (6 adults) looking to relax on the river and it was close enough to Napa for a couple of winery visits. Immaculate space and easy check-in, would recommend!

Great location right on the water, dock looks brand new, house looks newly renovated. Great experience overall. 3 bedrooms all with a double bed or bigger. We saw a family of river otters!

The house was everything as advertised - Paradise. The River views and access made leaving for any reason impossible! Check in was easy and efficient. The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything you could need. A return is definitely on our agenda!

This was our second summer at Paradise and it did not disappoint. The house is super clean, beds comfortable, and location is amazing. We enjoyed the kayaks and hanging on the dock. Can’t wait for next summer!

This is our second stay in Paradise, and if it’s even possible it was even better the second time around! Communication and check-in/check-out was so smooth and quick, we couldn’t have asked for a better host! The house was just as clean and gorgeous, and the outdoors were spectacular. Lounging on the dock was a daily perk for our group, and being able to go floating and kayaking was heaven. Even our dog enjoyed floating on the river. Can’t give enough stars to the whole experience!

We have stayed in many riverfront homes in the Guerneville and Monte Rio areas over the years, and this home is by far our favorite. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the layout of the home is great for socializing as a family and for having quiet time in the bedrooms. The house is very light and bright (many skylights) and there is a view of the river from the window and the deck. Unlike many riverfront homes in the area, the steps to the dock were sturdy with handrails. The dock is large with some natural shade and an umbrella was provided as well. The river location is great because there are no homes on the opposite side of the river, so you have a beautiful view of trees. We were also really happy that there is very little road noise when you are in the home and also when you are on the dock, so it is easy to lose yourself in nature. Naomi did a great job of communicating with us. We always had what we needed. We especially appreciated the clear instructions posted to the refrigerator in the kitchen which made it easy to know when trash day was, etc. Overall, we had a fantastic experience in this home and we plan to return for many years.

This house is as advertised! The location fantastic; easy access to the river; great kayaks; lovely and comfortable home which is thoughtfully designed and decorated. Hot tub and barbeque are wonderful and well maintained. Very nice laundry with plenty of supplies and the kitchen is delightful. Everything in good working order. It is good that the property manager leaves clear instructions on the practicalities. Only 3 tiny 'nitpicks'. 1. The inside of the home was spotless. Outside - not so much. It would have made a nice difference if someone had run over the outdoor living area and cleared away dust, cobwebs, bird droppings from the chairs, table, railings. 2. Beds were wonderful and comfortable and linen was good but recommend changing the pillows - they are old and you need new ones in all rooms. 3. There is no way to get hold of the property manager after 6pm unless it's an 'emergency'... we had no problems and didn't need to, but this is not ideal if one has check in questions for example. I did have one question on check in and in the end we worked this out for ourselves and I emailed back canceling the question but in the other VRBO properties we've stayed in we had peace of mind that we could easily get hold of the property manager if needed - rather than waiting until business hours the next day, especially on check-in. Again these are just small suggestions - overall a 5-star experience and we would love to return. Our family was very happy here!! Thank you!!

We had a group of 8 people and our dogs stay at Paradise and it was the perfect size for all of us to have a great time. The location is awesome and the dock is newly renovated. We loved the hot tub and utilized the bbq grill. Nothing but good things about our weekend staying there! (Maybe except that the weather was colder than expected lol!) I also love the fact that this house is dog friendly as we were able to let our dogs have a super fun weekend along with us! Would for sure stay at Paradise again if we want to have another group trip to the Russian River!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful, romantic weekend in "Paradise." The property in modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. The home is right on the Russian River with dock access for kayaking and SUP. Downtown Guerneville is a few minutes walk for dinner and morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for couples or a group.

We had a fantastic time alone the beautiful Russian River! Naomi was a very responsive and diligent host. The house was a wonderful place for all of us to get together and enjoy a sunny weekend in wine country.

This place ticked all the boxes on our list for the perfect vacation. Especially loved the huge hot tub, the open floor common space, the proximity to downtown, the ease of check in and check out, and the communication with the property manager. There is obvious special care and consideration taken into account for everything about this house to ensure a truly relaxing vacation. Can’t wait to come back during the Summer to use the dock and kayak on the river!

Property was a nice little stay-cation for us. Hot tub was great. Hopefully the dock is repaired soon so guests can truly enjoy the waterfront/river access. Not as many "in-drawer" amenities in the kitchen. Bring a wine-opener, baggies, small tupperware, foil/cling wrap, little things like that. Plenty of plates/utensils/bowls for eating and plenty of pots and pans. Overall a great stay.

The house is in a great location, with positively beautiful views of the river. Quick to get into town or travel around surrounding wine country. Space was lovely and open, great for a group or family. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the patio and hot tub. We loved waking up to the relaxing river views and watching the birds, a wonderful family weekend!

We loved the open layout with big windows and lots of space (indoors and out + hot tub!) for hanging out and watching the river. The bedrooms are nicely separated for privacy. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean and lovely.

What a wonderful experience start to finish. The management was immediately reactive to any/all needs. The house was clean and cozy. The floor plan is amazing for a group weekend away together (a big one for us when booking for a group), open & perfect for socializing whilst cooking, playing games, enjoying just sitting with a coffee and watching the river flow by. Highly recommend, already looking forward to coming back in summer months!

We stayed for one weekend with about 4 to 5 people and two small dogs for a birthday celebration, all of us are women professionals that used most of the amenities. The house has a wonderful view of the river, lovely decks, and ample space with the three bedrooms and the extra two pull out couches which we only used one of because one of us doubled up. Unfortunately it stormed almost all weekend and we did not get to enjoy the river or deck very much and definitely not the kayaks sadly. When there was a break in the rain we did check out the dock for a minute and I’m sure it would be really fun to experience. We were able to use the hot tub for a little bit during the day but nighttime it’s too difficult with the houses being so close and quiet it’s not realistic to be out there late. The two car limit which I know is a city of ordinance was very inconvenient but obviously nothing we could do about that. Finding where the overflow parking was located, was not easy as well but we made it work. We don’t have complaints about the place as the only things that could’ve been better would be, the heating was down but the housing manager left the fireplace and space heaters on before we got there so that helped a lot but it did get pretty cold at night. Also the street gets flooded very easily so with all the rain, loading and unloading the car was very tricky with all the puddles and mud. Again nothing to do with house management per se so we have no complaints about the actual service or stay. Anyone who wants a very secluded, calm, peaceful generally great view place to stay with multiple people this place is great. I wish I could’ve stayed longer just by myself after everybody left but with all the rain we were all ready to just go home. Also we did cook dinner there one night breakfast both mornings and it seemed to be well equip the kitchen also plenty of room with a nice big island for everybody to work together. Only thing missing was Ziploc bags that would’ve been nice because we had all these leftover foods that we didn’t know how to pack with us. But such a small comment/feedback. Everything was great we had a lovely stay we would definitely stay at this house again - maybe when the weather is better!

Great house for a getaway weekend. Clean and comfortable w/ two decks and plenty of room to spread out. Loved the hot tub on the deck overlooking the river! We could walk to town which was nice as well. Would definitely come back sometime in the summer as the house is right on the river. Perfect spot!
