Great packages provided with the smart TV. Privacy was excellent. Plenty coffee, tea, creamers provided.

1. Window in bathroom broken, also window in kitchen. 2. Toilet seat not fixed to pan. 3. Toilet brush handle comes off. 4. Wash basin clogged. 5. No soap dishes or toothbrush holders provided. 6. Two towels provided; one was very damp. When the cleaner was approached, she blamed the rain, and was visibly annoyed at my request for the towel to be replaced. She stated that she was working alone, and that the other helper was given off to go to the farm. 7. We encountered cockroaches, ants, lizards & spiders. 8. Gas stove ignitors don't work during loadshedding, and we had no means to light the stove manually. 9. Not even a little table provided to eat meals inside the unit. 10. The bed linen was not changed before check-in; it was all creased and smelly. Fortunately, we carry our own, because I have compromised immune levels. 11. Due to this, we refused to have the cleaner into the unit to clean. We just keep the unit clean ourselves. On Saturday, the cleaner (Zanele) stated to me that she knows why I refused her offer to clean. When I asked her why, she stated that I have no intention to tip her. This upset me, so Yes, I checked out on Sunday without leaving a tip, which was never my intention. 12. The couch provided was never cleaned, it was discoloured and smelly. 13. A iron is provided, but no ironing board. 14. No senior staff/management available for face-to-face communication. 15. There was a foul stench right outside my unit. I complained and it was addressed, but the next day it was back. 16. It was a challenge to carry our luggage up the steep driveway to the unit upstairs. 17. Although the unit looks clean, but the hygiene levels are poor.

The bed was too firm. The walk in shower creates alot of water outside the shower, perhaps a glass window as a recommendation.

Great room with a lovely large bathroom. Enjoyed the double shower and bathtub. Room was well fitted, private and comfortable.

Access was super easy .place was clean and staff was more than helpful. Parking was good and we could see the car from the room. Its like a whole house in one.

The place could use an upgrade with cleanliness and extra cleaning on the windows, putting a bin in the bathroom and rhe small things.
