I really like the hot tub. It was the best thing after a long day walking.

The bathroom could be cleaner, and we didn't have toilet paper there.

It’s literally part of someone’s house but blocked off

Hot tub, comfortable beds, spacious, less than 5 mins to get to the shops, and worth the money. Everything was there inside the flat.

bedding was stained, hairs all over it and found rubbish in the bed. it was at the back of someone’s house with a wooden door between (not very secure). freezing on arrival, no kitchen (just kettle, microwave and fridge). cracked floor tile, shower screen dirty. pile of bread on “private” grassy area. right next door to a huge power station.

We visited on Sunday. It was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for my little one. I slept really well. It was like a home from home.

It was difficult to find but we got there in the end !

Lovely apartment with everything we needed and the addition of a hot tub! Kids have asked to stay here everytime we go to legoland!

Outside noise at night

not much, tea and coffee provided. Towels ok.

Very hard to find, had to ask owner where it was. The bed linen was the worst I’ve had, so old and lots of hard itchy bobbles. Shower works ok but is very mouldy all around it. The ceramic floor is very cold, no mats to stand on. Headboard hits the radiator behind it. I covered it with clothes. It was a freezing night and the heating went off in the evening so I had to put the noisy electric heater on. The radiators didn’t come on in the morning so was very cold in the shower room. I’m surprised at reviews giving this place a good score. Of course I didn’t use the hot tub but even that wouldn’t offset the general state of the place.

The floor in the bathroom was slightly cold, could put a little mat down for coming out of the shower But other than that It was amazing ☺️

Was amazing, loved the hot tub! Room was clean and tidy and felt comfortable staying there.. was very good at communication with me about the property.. Would highly recommend and would most definitely stay again.. Had no issues with the property what so ever.. Thanks for the beautiful stay.. Also very good for the price!!...

Very comfortable beds, very calm atmosphere, rooms with big TV's. Bathroom was very warm with a good shower. Heating system was amazing

The hot tub was very warm, but too much chlorine. The floor at home was very cold, and it could be nice to provide slippers for guests.

Nice and comfortable room, very warm with Netflix and choices of teas and coffees. The hot Tub was a treat too.

Very clean bedding and well supplied with towels... amazing to access the the hot tub.. was pre set for 40*C ... thank you. House toasty warm on arrival too.

We thought we were arriving for a 1 to 2 bed apartment but there's no kitchen sink or worktops etc but a small table, kettle and microwave are handy for a quick stay. As it was a cold wkd (-3*c), the pre set heating could have been set for the morning for an hour as well... around 6.30 to 7.30pm for instance with a 10am check out.

The French doors was locked so had to exit though the back door and I found it difficult and there wasn't anugt llight

Not worth the money we all. We booked to stay here for 2 nights as was visiting Legoland. The place was freezing, main bedroom is an extension right on the front door, couldn’t bear to stand on the floor bare footed as was so cold. Very old heater in there which was noisy and right next to the bed. Furniture around the bed looks as if it’s about to fall down. No cooking appliances besides a microwave which I didn’t realise when booking. Not even any metal cutlery, literally would cost a few ££ for some plates, bowls and cutlery. Bathroom was dirty, cleaned out before even taking a shower. Ended up leaving early as I didn’t want to spend another night there. When I told the owner about it being so cold I received a message back saying they ‘could have put central heating on’, when it’s minus degrees and they have guests you would think this would already be on. Would not recommend staying here AT ALL!!!
