Stay in at the wood Springs on baseline road. It's like staying with good family members

There isn't really anything too dislike very comfortable

The hotel was very clean and modern.

The bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was too hard; a bit more cushioning would have been nice.

Very clean, kitchennette, nice bed and bath. No gym or breakfast. Things I wouldn't want to pay for any way. This let the price be excellent and low.

A little more shampoo would have been good, but I could have asked for at the front desk. Front desk wasn't always available, though. Minor inconvenience, not a big deal.

I reserved a queen but it was a full bed. I would stay there again.

Close to my business meeting and a nice variety of dining and shopping. Clean with small kitchenette and large refrigerator.

Avoid a room on second floor above the entrance and lobby. Very noisy as doors opened and closed all night.... otherwise room was very quiet. Small self-service coffee machine in the lobby was out of order. Hard to figure out how to get into the parking lot from Mesa Blvd... Google maps had no clue! Once you figured it out, it was okay.

The location was close to our destination, and was easy to find. The front counter staff for both my visits were very efficient, and friendly. Price was great.

I have stayed at this hotel one other time, and was very happy. This time, I will say that if you like hearing toilet water running loudly down the wall, the next rooms conversation and sneezing, the floor above literally moving and scraping furniture around with a child running back and forth at 11 pm, then this is the place for you. I would suggest that the sound proofing between rooms, and floor to floor, is barely adequate. I will not be staying here in the future.

Love the fact that there was kitchens inside each unit and was able to cook my own food save money property was very clean. Stuff was very nice.

There was no bowls, cups, spatulas, or anything to cook with and a little bit questionable about the homeless people around but very nice

The security to get the building.

The smoking station is right by the door to get in and out of , so you get hit with cigarette smoke.
