Cozy place, close to everything in the area, clean and convenient. Easy check in and out.

Three of us stayed here and we loved it! The vies was great, we were facing the water with a large size balcony.

Nice stay. Just a note a lot of sand on floor. That’s why a 3 star for cleanliness. Overall great stay. Enjoyed the bird wildlife out on the bay.

This accommodation was very disappointing. First thing, I booked 5D but then it was changed to 5C. Second, we were given the wrong code to open the door. My Grand kids, my husband and myself waited on the very small entry porch for almost 2 hours for the management to figure out the right code. Because the porch was so small we were getting wet from the continuous heavy rain and being bitten by mosquitoes. The entire apartment had a foul smell, the bathroom switch/outlet was loose from the wall(BIG SAFETY ISSUE),the frame of the front door was rusted, it DO NOT HAVE BEACH ACCES, we had to drive to the beach. This was the worse trip to Fort Walton Beach. I'll stick with Panama city. It was horrible. The bathroom was so tiny I could hardly turn around in it and I weigh 175 lbs. Not well kept place.

Overall it was good, clean place. Beds were comfy, kitchen had the things we needed to cook, balcony was nice. The rental company did call to check on us a couple of times which was nice and answered the question we had quickly. However it was more old and run down than the pictures show. Nothing that makes it a deal-breaker, but small stuff that could definitely use some attention. Especially in the very small bathroom, the light switch wasn’t even screwed all the way in and you couldn’t turn off the bathroom fan, which was incredibly loud. We tried washing clothes but the washing machine didn’t work properly. There is no beach access from the condo so keep that in mind. That’s not too big of an issue because it’s really close to beaches and shops. One of the things that was really off putting is the fact that we got a notification text saying what the amenities are and the initial setup was 1 roll of toilet paper…. Seriously? For a place that sleeps 6? There ended up being 2 rolls there but we still had to buy extra. Overall, it was a good stay, just needs some TLC in certain areas. Definitely better than staying in a hotel.

Had a great time in area. However, upon arrival at condo the code to get in was inaccurate. Had to stand outside in 100 degree heat waiting for a working code. Once we got in condo was really hot as ac was off. Took a day to cool off. First night was uncomfortable. The condo had not been cleaned since last guests. Bed not changed and trash can full with trash on floor besides it. Seafood wrapper in fridge and few dirty dishes. Contacted manager and they sent housekeeping out quickly. So we sat in unit while housekeepers were there. We went and bought groceries to cook for weekend as we were visiting with my military son and he wanted home cooking. Upon putting groceries up discovered refrigerator did not work. Contacted manager and was told sending technician out and they would call before arriving. Never heard or saw anyone again. We spend weekend with a mini fridge and a cooler. Ended up throwing a good bit of food away. The carpet in unit was full of sand spurs, could not walk without shoes on. Washer/dryer combo was very noisy and advertised unit had a dishwasher but didn't. Hand washed dishes all weekend. Pool was full of bugs and lots of pool floats and toys that should have been garbage around the pool.

We had the pool to ourselves for majority of our stay. Perfectly located by restaurants, shopping and beach. Bathroom is small with door in the way of bathroom. Beds are comfy and WiFi and cable worked perfectly. Would recommend staying.
