Non farti mancare nulla! Prenotando questa casa vacanza per non fumatori ti troverai in una zona strategica a due passi da piste da snowboard e da piste di pattinaggio sul ghiaccio. Un parcheggio è pronto ad accogliere il tuo mezzo. Sgranchisci le gambe dopo il viaggio e percorri 4 minuti a piedi fino a Hayes Performing Arts Center o 13 minuti a piedi fino a Blowing Rock Art and History Museum.
Resta un po' all'aperto dopo aver fatto rientro: puoi stare una terrazza o un patio, un portico e barbecue a gas. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV via cavo/satellitare: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.
Oltre a 1 camera e 1 bagno, in questa sistemazione troverai un’area soggiorno, un'accogliente sala da pranzo, un caminetto e aria condizionata. The interior space is very nice - well appointed. It was just the right size for the two of us. My main compliant was that the screened porch is literally above and overlooking Hwy 321 which is a major commercial thoroughfare and the noise was bad - big trucks, motorcycles, and car traffic - all day long. That noise did calm down overnight.
Another issue was of that of the 8 or so windows, only two were operable and one of those (the bedroom) didn't have a screen. Further the windows were not of sufficient size to comply the building code for egress ('every sleeping space shall have an operable window of sufficient size and height above finish floor to provide egress in the event of emergency').
Sorry to leave a not so good review, but I will be more careful in the future when renting a place for a nice quite vacation !!

Window open and unable to lock! when we abrrived, freezing indoors and temperbature not conteolled as instructed. This locabtion is close to busy streets and traffic noisr

We go tot he mountains most every year after Christmas with the family, but this year it was just my husband and I and this small cabin/house was perfect. You could look out and see the town and driving distance to Boone was perfect. We loved the place and will definitely be staying again sometime in the near future.

We absolutely loved our stay in Blowing Rock. The house was so very cozy and met all of our expectations. I had read comments about the road noise but I must admit this was not an issue for us. I loved the location. The porch area was perfect overlooking the route to Main Street. We have already decided that we will stay here again when we travel back to Blowing Rock!

The space is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The bed and bedding was incredibly comfortable. The fireplace was cozy. The outdoor decks were wonderful. She spared no expense with the remodel. The quality and details were noticed. The location is terrific. We enjoyed going downtown Blowing Rock and only having a two minute drive to the unit. Of course there was some traffic noise being so close to 321 and town but that was expected.

The Cottage had recently been gutted and totally re-built inside, all new appliances, Bathroom Shower was well done and it has a King size bed. The Cottage is nicely decorated with all new furniture. We will stay in again!!

This cabin is adorable - pics don’t do it justice. Management was extremely easy to communicate with. I will be visiting the area often over the next several years and have definitely found my go-to spot!

We had a wonderful time and our accommodations were just ideal. The location was perfect a short walk to downtown, which we did every day. The cottage was clean comfortable. It had everything we needed. I so enjoyed sitting on the porch. The communication and check-in process was flawless. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Me and my wife went on mini vacation. The house was in a great location. Driving and walking distance to most of the sites to see. The house had all the amenities to make the stay enjoyable experience. We would recommend any of family or friends to use this house as getaway vacation for couples.

Very inviting cottage with comfortable furnishings. Loved the screened in porch and place to bbq. I wish it was easier to get to Main St. It actually is less than a mile but you have to go down a steep hill and across a highway so we drove into town. Other than that we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

For a couple it is a great location and the place itself has all modern elements. All the appliances and decor are very nice. Would not work for more then two. Good lighting and plenty of outlets with good internet.

Probably the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in, and we've rented several. Our only disappointment is how close the unit is to HWY 321, the main highway between Blowing Rock and Boone. It can be very noisy at times. Unit was just as described.

We found the unit to be better than our expectations. It has been recently renovated, and it is very attractive and comfortable. The appliances in the kitchen are all new and fully functionable. We enjoyed the screened in porch, however there were times when the noise of the traffic on Valley Blvd. was very distracting. Looking forward to renting the unit again.

This property is very clean, updated and well stocked. It was a perfect get away for us and close to all the activities we had planned for the few days we were there. The king bed was super comfortable so we always had a good nights sleep.We will be back. The only thing I would recommend would be a rack or shelf in the shower.

Can't say enough about this VRBO property. Totally renovated with clean, crisp decor and great appliances. Excellent communication and responsiveness by both the owner and the rental agent. There happened to be a main water leak in the town and the rental agent kept us informed about water usage safety and where to pick up free water provided by the town. We asked owner if there was a BBQ grill available and a brand new one was set up for us a few days later. Wonderfully convenient to the center of Blowing Rock...about a 10 minute walk. We will return. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place for a couple
This was such a nice property. It was on a dead end street, so no traffic. The house was beautifully updated and had easy access to town. We would definitely stay there again.
