The Stay at Mishra's residence was a fantastic experience for us. Mishra and his lovely wife took great care of us all the time. They made the best recommendations for the little time we had in Suva. Mishra sent a taxi driver to the airport to pick us up, and helped us as well to move around using the public transport. At home, Mishra and his wife cook delicious curry and taught us how to do it! They shared their experiences and culture with us, we loved all their stories and learnt a lot about the culture staying with them. We will be forever thankful and treasure all the nice memories. Vinaka Vakalevu!!!! :)

Mishra and Bobby were amazing hosts and very knowledgeable of the area. Such a lovely space and enjoyed my five nights there alot. Very clean house and friendly inviting atmosphere. Bobby and I cooked a full Indian meal two separate occasions, delicious food and learned a few extra secret tips.

I just had a one-night stay, but this place was a wonderful introduction to Fijian kindness and hospitality. Come here if you want to be treated as a friend, not a tourist. Compared to the high prices of accommodation in Suva, the Mishra Residence is an excellent value. The hosts go above and beyond to answer any questions or give advice. Very personable!

Mishra and his wife were super nice. They helped us with absolutely everything: places to visit, restaurants, where to buy food… She even cooked for us and two other guests one night to show us how to prepare dhal!!! The residence is not in the downtown, but it is super easy to get a taxi (less than one minute wait) and it costs less than 5 fjd to the center. Thank you Mishra and Bobbie for everything!!!

Very friendly hosts and clean facilities, and considering the humidity and temperatures in Fiji, the airconditioning in the room was nice as well.

The residence doesn't have a doorbell, and I didn't have internet on my phone to look up the phone number. So I had to ask the neighbors to call the hosts to open the door. Not the end of the world, just a little inconvenient.

Location was convenient for taxi pick up and dropped off

The bedroom and front room was quite small for a bigger person. The bathroom needs better arrangement as having shower splashes water onto the toilet. It needs to be separated from the toilet. The light switches are located in awkward locations and needs to be wired to convenient spots for each rooms.

Mishra will make you feel at home in 5 seconds. Very grateful for him. Safe place, enormous attention to details. Highly recommended.

The bed is not really comfy, maybe add another mattress on top? And maybe a curtain at the entrance of the bedroom to hide from the outside of the house? 2 nights in suva would have been enough

Mishra and his wife are super nice peoples and helpful with all you need, just ask them and they ll help out with suggestions and tips! The place is cozy and quiet and clean, Super recommended!

Friendly and helpful hosts.

The owners of the residence were very lovely people. They were super kind and helped us in anything we needed. They were also flexible when it came to last minimum changes with our stay. It's definitely the best homestay we've been at by far. Would 100% recommend it.

Location is good that is near to the town and less expenses for traveling, the service are respected and very kind and humble, I also like the breakfast. I really love this place inside and outside also the people there are very nice and know how welcome their customer and they prioritize our safety, comfortable and health. This place is superb and I recommend this place to stay again in when I will visit again Fiji. What I love the most is that Mishra treated me like family and living there make me happy and feel the love of a family. Staying there is a Family so I recommend this Mishra Residence 100%.

I didn't dislike anything.

Our host was super friendly and gave us hundreds of tips, a tour of the garden, and even some coconuts to drink out of! Our accommodation was roomy, clean and with good airconditioning. Great value for money!

The accommodation is 30 minutes walking from the centre, so you have to take a taxi whenever you want to go out for an activity or dinner.

Fantastic, friendly hosts with a great knowledge of plants. They grow their own food and herbs. They have an excellent knowledge of what is in their garden and the nutritional and health properties of the plants. I found this inspiring.

Sometimes a bit noisy coming from downstairs.
