Absolutely beautiful condo. Kitchen outfitted plentiful for-making meals. Grrst place for the whole family.

This place was amazing. Everything about it was well thought out and made the stay perfect. Comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen, and the location can not be beat! Right in the middle of everything Winter Park has to offer. We walked to dinner every night which was amazing. Easy access to the mountain as well. We loved our stay here and cant wait to come back!

Amazing home! In floor heating kept us toasty warm. Quick maintenance response for minor issue (squeaky bed frame and a missing power cord for a game system). Location is perfect for skiing and getting around town. Hot tub was much appreciated for sore muscles. Kid and pet friendly home with lots to do. Heated garage held two cars easily. Nice upgraded appliances. Laundry room and supplies made it easy to go home with clean clothes. I highly recommend this for families big and small.

This was our first trip to Colorado and we chose to stay in Winter Park. We had a rooftop spa hot tub in Rendezvous Center and everything about it was perfect. We had considered staying in a private home but I'm so glad we decided to stay here instead. The townhouse would be great for couples, families or larger party get togethers. There were 4 bedrooms and plenty of bed space. All the rooms were spotlessly clean and decorated in a very modern but calm and comfortable way. The townhouse itself was very quiet. We never heard anything from any of the adjoining townhouses. My husband was able to use the office space that adjoins the kitchen to get some work done in a quiet space right in our own townhouse. The mattresses and pillows were top quality and we were able to rest in luxury. The location really just couldn't have been better. There is a park and amphitheater right across the street as well as a bike/skate park - perfect area for the kids to wear off any extra energy. We were in walking distance to so many things as well. We walked to dinner at Devils Craft in Coopers Creek Square and walked to a bike rental shop, where we were able to get bikes and ride the beautiful Fraser River Trail right from the bike shop. Winter Park itself is a beautiful area. Mountains and greenery everywhere. Postcard worthy photos in every direction. It was also in driving distance to so many areas as well. On our vacation we were also able to visit Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs and ziplining in Manitou Springs and then drive to Winter Park in a day; bike the Fraser River Trail to eat lunch in the village and after returning bikes we drove to Hot Sulphur Springs Resort to check out the hot springs in the evening. Our last full day we drove through the Rocky Mountain National Park on the Trail Ridge Road and made it all the way to Estes Park for lunch and to tour the Stanley Hotel and drive back before dark. Of all the places we packed in visiting during our short trip to Colorado, Winter Park was my favorite. Breathtaking views and a very chilled out atmosphere everywhere we went. The Rendezvous Center townhouses were excellent accommodations. We will be back for sure!

Great modern home, well furnished with a very good location walking distance from downtown restaurants and right across the street from the ski shuttle.

Beautiful new townhome located in downtown Winterpark. Tons of activities, front row views of the amphitheater from all the decks in the townhome. Walking distance to all restaurants and coffee shops. Extremely well stocked!! An amazing place to stay with a private hot tub and large dining areas on the top decks!!!! Awesome!!!
