House was large and spacious. Great for a multi-family vacation. The yard was very large and fenced in which was perfect for our dogs.

People should plan on bringing their own coffee, spices, any toiletries (shampoo/conditioner) as none of it was provided. The towels were very old and musty smelling. Unsure if they just hadn't been washed for awhile. The house does not have A/C and the fans only work so much once it hits 90 degrees. I had sent a message a week before our stay asking about portable AC units and never received a response. I tried then calling customer service and she told me that she would reach out to the "local service team". When I asked how long it would take to get back to me she stated "I honestly don't know" and no one ever contacted me. It did give me some concern if anyone local was actually available to help if needed. Communication was very poor up until needing a review. I probably would not stay here again due to that.
