The owners should re-think property management company. They informed us 2 weeks prior to our vacation that we would lose access to pool due to construction. A day before we were set to leave we were informed we wouldn't have access to the back patio. They actually had 2 temporary support beams holding up the ceiling by the patio doors. Wood was wedged in so we couldn't open them. We did receive a refund, which I was happy about and probably will book again because of the location, but it is also the first time I have found roaches in a rental condo. We only found one, but it was huge. I'm quite sure we had a mouse too. We found rodent fecal matter on the floor in the kitchen. I'm assuming it was from all of the construction. I have a picture of the roach if the owners want to see it. There was an orkin van at the property the next day, so someone must have reported it.

This was our second time renting this condo. We were excited to return as it is right on the beach. Last year there was some construction so we weren’t able to use the boardwalk next to the condo, but that was fine. We rented this condo again for accessibility because my mom has had a double knee replacement. When we entered the condo, there were jacks holding up the ceiling in the living room and the patio outside. The patio furniture was inside so the floors were covered with sand. The construction supervisor immediately met us at the door to let us know what was happening. He stated that someone from Teeming had visited that morning. We were shocked that no one notified us that there were structural issues going on. The patio door was blocked from the outside and four windows were covered with plywood. The Thursday before our trip we were notified by email that some construction would be occurring and that the pool was going to be closed. This was fine as we were familiar with the construction from last year. However, when the construction was directly related to the condo we were renting, we should have been notified immediately. I called the number included in our email packet. The person I spoke with was shocked we were not notified of the issues. However, after ten minutes on the phone, she realized that her company manages none of the properties at Sand Dollar. She couldn’t understand why her number was shared in the email. I finally called Teeming and after explaining several times, the lady stated she could look for another property but we would have to pay the difference. I told her that it would need to be accessible since my mom has mobility issues. She sent us to a 2 bedroom (much smaller than the one we rented) and offered a discount. We paid $30 for parking at this other property and was astounded that it was up three flights of stairs. There were dirty towels on the floor, beds unmade, etc. so we immediately walked out. We ended up staying at the Sand Dollar because there were no other properties available. We did receive a partial refund. Despite this, we would not rent from Teeming in the future as the communication and customer service is really lacking (Yelp reviews of Teeming will give more information).

Location is excellent. You can see the ocean from inside the condo and the porch is great to relax and unwind. Ample parking. Condo is well stocked with essentials. Several places to eat nearby but nothing is walking distance. Property owners should change the cleaning co. There are several reviews about the condo not being very clean. We found cobwebs in the living room. Other than the master bedroom all the others beds are very uncomfortable. So we thought we would use the pull out bed but when we opened it so much of dirt and dust fell out that we had to immediately vacuum the room. Obviously we decided against using it! We found the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work so called maintenance. They came within the hour but were unable to fix it. It was close to 85degrees so having a non functional fan throughout our stay was a bummer. There is construction going on and that started everyday around 8am but stopped after noon. Location is excellent so my rating is based on that. Otherwise would have been much lower.

Clean and nice condo

This will be our second time having stayed at this property, our first visit was on the third floor and our second visit was this recent trip on the main floor. This condominium complex is absolutely located on the most beautiful beach ever. We always enjoy ourselves and always have all the amenities that we need the condo so that we can prepare meals there as we wish with convenience of having restaurants and entertainment close by as needed. The only downfall to this visit was there is a lot of maintenance and or construction that is going on and on the weekdays there is a lot of disruptive noise within the units that interfere with TV, music, or basically anything that you want to do within the space.

Love the Seagate and this condo. Perfect for our long weekend with great amenities and conveniences. Will definitely look to book again in the future.

The view from this ground floor unit was unexpected and simply amazing! The listing pictures certainly don't do it justice! Condo was well appointed, complete with all the luxuries of home, including a nice sized laundry room. The furniture was comfortable and everything was clean and beach themed. There was a bit of a mix up with check in but it was quickly resolved. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio, watching the waves and feeding the dune turtles. This unit is right beside the pool with easy access. My husband has mobility issues and this condo accommodated his disability perfectly! We'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

We absolutely loved this rental property ❤ The only thing I would change is the twin beds and a ramp down to the beach for pulling wagons. The access to the pool and the beach was so convenient especially with the kids. We will stay again with no hesitation!!

My three year old granddaughter loved her “flamingo” room. Bathrooms had been redone and were beautiful and functional.

Wow. We LOVED how close this condo was to the pool AND the beach! Literally steps from both! And the ocean was so much closer to the unit than previous condos I've stayed at on Crescent Beach. We could feel the breeze, hear the surf, and see the waves crashing, all from our back deck! Honestly it was an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating time, and we will be back next year - already booked! The managers were also very accessible and often got back to me within minutes of me texting or calling, even going so far as to make things right with a partial refund when we experienced quite a bit of jackhammering sounds on the floors above our unit. A couple of things that the unit DOES need to improve on: 1. The back porch where you could sit and see the ocean was VERY dirty with cobwebs in the corners, and sadly unaccessible from the master bedroom as the door wouldn't open. We had to clean the porch ourselves when we arrived. Also when it rained, the porch had at least an inch or two of water covering the floor, which was irritating and alarming, as that can't be good for the foundation. The water had nowhere to drain. 2. Cleaning was a problem in general with this unit, which seems to be a theme with previous reviews. The cleaning people just need to be let go and a new cleaning team found imo. The corners all had cobwebs, as well as the ceilings. The sheets on the master bed had hairs in them from previous users, which was also unnerving - were the sheets even cleaned? 3. Windows and especially sliding glass door were FILTHY. I was disappointed that I let the manager know and they did not get anyone to come clean them while we were there. Making sure things are clean is the last thing you want to do on vacation. The views are spectacular through every door and window, but hard to see with how grimy it was. Easy fix! Get a better cleaning crew! Some good info for future users: bring your own toilet paper, they didn't supply any. TONS of beach supplies were included in the unit! Chairs, towels, boogie and skim boards, toys for the kids... it was great. Pool says it's 3 feet deep in the shallow end. For those with kids - that is NOT accurate. It was closer to 4 feet deep fyi. Be aware if you have kids!! Overall we had an amazing experience and will be back! But we hope the unit is cleaner and the deck drains like it should when we come back. Cleanliness is a very big deal to me and the last thing I want to do is clean on vacation. Thank you so much!

This was a very nice property. Excellent location close to the pool and beach ramp.

Mattresses badly need replacing, along with lock on SGD. (A stick with a rope attached). Closet door in spare was off track an wouldn’t work. Unit looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, fingerprints on SGD, tv, mirrors, ect. No linens, found everything in dryer, still wet. Spent several hours drying linens and cleaning before we moved in.

Property was not properly cleaned. Towels in the dryer. Patio & inside floors were dirty & not swept. TV in master bedroom & 3rd bedroom had no Remote. It was taken care of 2 days after our arrival.

Location is absolutely beautiful - my only suggestion is that the beds be updated as they were not very comfortable. We had an issue with the electricity following a storm, but was immediately resolved by texting management. Great response time. I definitely recommend this condo as a vacation location.

Everything was accurately represented in the rental description. Condominium was clean and well equipped for the stay. Guest bedroom TVs could be larger, ideally at least 40 inches.Internet and cable worked fine.

The view from the condo living room is perfect!! The dunes do not block the view. Walk out onto the patio and then grass. Accessible to a wheelchair from parking deck. No need to use the elevator. Tennis court was great for tennis and pickle ball. Condo is stocked really well. We loved it!

We really enjoyed Jeff & Gina`s condo on Crescent Beach. The home was as described. The easy access to the ocean and the pool was just what we wanted. The condo is near St Augustine, about 20 minutes away. We enjoyed visiting St Augustine but also appreciated being able to head back to the condo away from all the traffic. The condo was nice and clean and seemed to have been recently remodeled. It had plenty of space for us to all spread out. I would return. This property is fantastically situated. We walked off the back patio and were 5 steps from the pool or the boardwalk to the beach.
