House was spacious and looked lovely and clean. Parking space was a bonus

Front door of house made it look uninviting from the outside, could do with sprucing up. The rest of the house/ property was gorgeous. Some discrepancies with check in and out times as it can be booked through 2 different companies and check in/ out times for each company is different. Would have been good to be able to use the tumble dryer especially as we had a cold with special needs and it continually rained all 5 days that we were there.

Couldn’t work out the heating but as it was September it wasn’t too cold. Instructions would be helpful.

Location was good. Otherwise not a lot at all, would not recommend staying here, read on to know why, suggest reading it all before ever booking this property,.

The property didn't have any electrics all week, no fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, boiler, tv or any wall sockets. No Wifi. No hot water all week so couldn't wash ourselves and our 2 and 10 year old. Couldn't put food we had bought in the fridge because it was all off, puddled kitchen floor from it defrosting. Tried to contact owner who apologised and got out an electrician that we had to wait in for and cancel a days plans, electrician deemed the property not habitable. Fuse box kept blowing and making loud bangs and sparking our fingers every time we tried to trip the switches. Parking on street will get you a fine and owner doesn't provide you a permit, got told the owner would pay the fine, but you would get multiple and no promise or guarantee they would even pay, so we parked in the garden. Had to take kettle upstairs and watch programs with the kids on phones. no toilet lights. had cleaners turn up two days into the stay walking in on us saying they were told we had left. Not enjoyable for a holiday we drove 7 hours to get to and paid nearly £500 for. Owner wouldn't compensate or refund leaving us a big fight, booking.com investigating the property, said they don't want it on their site. wouldn't recommend at all as all we could do was sleep, charge our phone upstairs and use a dark toilet. awful experience and worse owner interaction. we had no basic needs met and it ruined our entire holiday.

All rooms very neat & smart. Ensuite showers powerful. Good kitchen.

TV in main lounge not receiving signal for terrestrial stations - only minor grievance.
