The staff IS VERY courteous, the food is just wow .

This is a really beautiful building - a modern-day version of the palaces of Rajasthan. The service is top-notch. The main restaurant is buffet-style with a huge variety and very helpful staff. Rooftop bar area is well arranged with a lovely sunset view. Swimming pool area is comfortable and well maintained. We spent a whole day just enjoying being in the hotel.

Nothing. But note that the hotel is a 40 minute drive from the old town, so possibly not the place to stay for popping out to the bazaars and sights.

The fèel of the place, the interior, the exterior, the room, the food. The incredibly helpful young woman behind the reception. Helped with everything we asked, and took care of all our needs. Thank you.

Seems like weddings de-value the regular customer. The centre of the rear courtyard feature was not lit at night. No Netflix on the TV in the room.

Facility is beautiful (not heritage property although it looks like it). Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel welcome includes a complimentary drink and small gift. Traditional music and local activities in the courtyard are a nice touch. Rooms are good size and clean. Breakfast has a lot of variety, tasty and plentiful.

1. The property is at a fair distance from the tourist areas and can take a while if traffic is bad. 2. The property charged more than originally agreed and we were promised that the amount would be refunded by assistant manager Ms. Tejaswi (who assured us multiple times). Unfortunately as expected, once we departed there was no response despite emails and calls.

I absolutely loved it,the hotel is beautifully designed ,the staff was so courteous and helpful. Special thanks to the concierge staff especially Saurav and our wonderful driver Azaad.Also Aashita and Gulshan from the staff were polite and extremely helpful. The service at the hotel is amazing.

Amazing property!! It is well kept, clean & beautiful. The staff is extremely nice & helpful. The rooms are big and spacious. They have a rooftop bar which is a vibe in the evening. They have some activities in the evening that are fun. The food is also good. It’s totally worth the money.

The location. It’s almost 40 minutes away from the old city.

Este hotel se merecería un 10 sino fuese por algún detalle que comentaré a continuación. Es un hotel completamente nuevo y desde luego que tiene una arquitectura espectacular. Te sientes como en un verdadero palacio con sus jardines, sus pasillos,… Las habitaciones son maravillosas, modernas, limpias, camas muy cómodas, duchas con buena presión y de buen diseño. El gimnasio es muy completo, con muchas máquinas y la zona de piscina también está bien aunque le da poco el sol por la tarde. El personal del hotel muy dispuesto y amable tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante. Particularmente en este último punto porque el único inconveniente que tiene este hotel en el que nos alojamos con media pensión es que las cenas son un 90% productos indios y picantes, que en nuestro caso suponía un problema, aunque es cierto que al final y especialmente el segundo día que ya nos conocían, los empleados del restaurante pidieron a la cocina que nos preparasen algo a parte que ya si pudimos disfrutar e incluso nos añadieron las bebidas que el primer día si nos cobraron. Respecto a la ubicación es verdad que está alejado del centro de la ciudad pero también está más cerca del aeropuerto si tienes que hacer alguna conexión. Y por último no pudimos disfrutar del bar de la azotea porque estuvo ocupado por celebraciones privadas. Por tanto creo que siendo un Hyatt 5 estrellas estos detalles deberían arreglarlos para que realmente sea un hotel de 10.

La comida del buffet era principalmente india y muy picante. El bar de la azotea estuvo ocupado con eventos privados.

Staff was very good. Impressed with Rixit. Others were also very good. Welcome was grand. Made us feel like royals. Food quality was excellent.

I was expecting a bigger room and a bathtub. We did not have that. Little expensive for the facilities.

The atmospher , the staff Food was amazing .. everything we had was just too good ..

Ther was nothing in the hotel to dislike

It’s really a palace with a wow factor. Friendly staff and we had a pleasant surprise on arrival. Nice breakfast and worth it to take half pension. The rooms are very nice.

It is a bit of a way to go to Jaipur or other touristic places. And there was quite some noise until midnight due to daily events that are organized

The property is huge and stunning. The reception area is very beautiful!
