The property was one of the cleanest we had over the years. Clean coffee pot and clean/nice smelling sheets. Appliances are also well maintained. Great views and quiet neighborhood.

We absolutely loved this property! We had a small get together with some friends and family for my mom’s 50th birthday and our stay was overall fantastic! Highly recommend staying again!

We were very impressed with this house. Clean, modern, spacious, garage, and stocked well. Would stay again. The pool is nice and warm the heat is worth it. The Host is very pleasant and easy to work with for questions and help.

Attentive responsive hosts! Breathtaking views from the front patio! Everything we needed for our stay was at our fingertips! Plenty of linens and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the pool! The outdoor space is a vibe! The master bathroom is absolutely beautiful! The master bed is comfy. I cannot wait to come back! By far one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in.

I had 5 days of appointments at the Mayo Clinic and this was an ideal place to stay. It was wonderful to come “home” after my appointments instead of returning to a hotel room. The house is a great place to stay and a very short drive to the clinic.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend just to try and escape the heat and use the pool. It was perfect. Fountain hills is a great location and the house has pretty views from the front porch. In the evening we sat and watched a lightning show from the front living room and it was a spectacular view. The home has a gorgeous spacious kitchen and plenty of rooms. It has all the amenities you can think of and it was nice to have a garage to park the car in. Great place to stay!

This was an incredible place to stay! Everything was as listed, no issues with the check in process. We enjoyed the pool and relaxing in the cool air conditioning after golfing in the July heat. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with large play pool. Home was extremely clean, comfortable and everything we were looking for. Swam daily, kids pool toys were a plus for my grandkids. Kitchen had everything we needed including a nice selection of spices. Beds were super comfortable. Fountain Center has a nice kids play area with splash pad, restaurants and a nice lake surrounding the fountain. Would definitely rent again!

We arrived to AZ with a different VRBO booked and learned upon arrival that there was no water in the pool! 😡 I went back on to VRBO immediately looking for an alternative option and came upon this little gem. I am SO happy the other VRBO didnt work out because this house was 1000x better! Stefanie was super responsive, worked her magic to let us check within just a few hours on the same day I booked. The house, the space, the beds, the amount of towels, the equipped kitchen, the bar area, the kitchen window looking out into the pool, the front patio and its views…..I could go on and on. This is our favorite VRBO we ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot! Fell in love with Fountain Hills, what a cool little town! We loved every piece of our stay and time in Fountain Hills once we found this home!

Everything was as advertised. The house was clean and set up nicely. A quiet neighborhood that is within short drives of great hiking trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. We attended the WM Open Golf tourney in Scottsdale and found it to be an easy commute.

Had a great time in this awesome house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to shops, restaurants and trails. Clean and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Checking in and out was a breeze. Highly recommended!

Way more than I expected. Made treasured memories with my mother & siblings. This was a superb, clean, well supplied kitchen, quiet and it felt like being at home, We had no intention of using the pool. I was a bit confused regarding the pool in the full description, it states Pool is unheated at this property” I was then charged $65 x 3 “daily pool heating fee.” I traveled with my 85-year-old mother the beds were a bit too high for her. Grateful that I brought a footstool from home, I forgot to bring her shower chair which have helped a great deal. Other than that I would return again, and again it was a peaceful Christmas. Ahéhee

This is a really beautiful, and comfortable home that accommodates 8 people very comfortably. We had a few glitches with hot water and air conditioning but got those taken care of. House is in a great location with an exceptional view!

Overall excellent location and accommodations, large master bedroom & shower, excellent table space and kitchen, enjoyed sitting on the patio out front surrounded by distant mountain vistas. Only issues were that the water heater did not work for the last evening and the morning of our departure, and although management was responsive, they were not able to get maintenance to come over promptly; also, the shared bathroom door does not have a lock, which may be awkward if you have mixed company. Even with those issues, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The check-in Kiosk was very handy and made check-in/check-out a breeze. Easy trek to Scottsdale or South to Tempe/Mesa but without the business of being right in town.

All four of us said we will be back if available! 90 felt like 70 with the nice mountain breeze. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook. Awesome Mountain View from the front porch, making morning cups of coffee enjoyable.

This place was gorgeous! The views, the pool, the layout of the house, and so clean! I even remarked to my husband that there was not one speck of dust anywhere! The main bedroom bed was so comfortable. We both slept so well! The main bathroom and closet were amazing! I walked into the bathroom and was amazed at how large and clean it was! The kitchen was a large size with plenty of storage and counter area. Any kitchen utensil you need is there. All updated appliances. Lovely decor throughout the house. The front and back patios were as clean and beautiful as the interior. Like I said, we will be back to this one! I’ve stayed at literally dozens of VRBO homes but I think one is the best one

After our other Phoenix area VRBO cancelled the day before we were supposed to check in, we scrambled to book a house to accommodate our family. The property manager was quick to respond and SAVED our vacation!!!! The house is beautiful, views are amazing, and even though it seems like it’s far from the action in Tempe/Phoenix, the drive is super quick and easy. 5 star rating all around.
