Absolutely ideal location for a young family looking for a relaxed holiday stay. Convenient amenities like washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, air fryer. Huge bedrooms and the unit is much more spacious than the photos imply.
Vacuum cleaner didn't work very well, quite a lot of dust under beds and in corners (which baby found quickly).

This was good value for money it was clean and tidy close to everything.

Great location on the esplanade, yet peaceful at nighttime. It had a huge TV and every piece of equipment you could think of, especially in the kitchen. Brilliant value for money.
No insulation, so there was a lot of mould and mildew on the walls and around windows, which spread to curtains and furniture, along with our belongings.

Location was great, just across from the beach
The lack of cleanliness of the apartment upon our arrival and it would have been nice if the beds were already made up for us.

Great location close to the beach and shops. Onsite pool a bonus. Apartment is very spacious.
No air con! The place got very muggy at times as we stayed in mid summer.
No wifi (wifi wasn't an issue for us cause we all have unlimited data plans) but it's worth mentioning.
Ceiling fans and lights are all on timer light switches and switch off randomly.

Bathroom needed a good clean , lots of mould. kitchen needed a good clean also. bin was full from previous tennants

nowhere on the booking did it say the reception was at a different location and when i called up the lady was very rude and not helpful at all. i tried my best to find it after the call but failed. called again and got a lovely lady who was very helpful.

Location is excellent, opposite a park and the water. One block easy walk to Golden Beach shops and medical center (if needed)
Very considerate with reading and activities for a family stay.
As new fridge, washing machine & dryer. As new flooring.
Very clean.
A safe area to visit.
Front steps were slopped and a bit slippery - be careful!
The property is dated.
On street parking - but not a real problem.
