Very cute and cozy property. Very family-friendly right next to the beach, maybe a 3 minute walk total. Clean home. Beautiful clean beach. The only two negative things I have to say are the lawn was past due for being mowed and housed an absurd amount of mosquitoes. They need to have it sprayed, we were torn up all weekend even with bug spray. And the other thing is the main bed was so hard it was painful to sleep on after a few hours it just made my joints hurt and I had to get up and sleep on the couch. Those are 2 easy fixes and hopefully they take care of them. Other than that the property is nice

Our family spent the week comfortably and it was perfect distance to the beach. Loved it. Would definitely book again.

This is acute cottage! Perfect size. We loved it and will be back.

It was a charming home and felt comfortable and quiet. I loved the swing downstairs and my granddaughter was so excited to swing!

Very cute little place! We had a great time. The only downsides I saw were the WiFi not working, no propane for the grill, and I was really missing scissors in the kitchen. The scissors is just me being picky though… Oh! And the shower outside is really nice too!

Everything was great! Enjoyed our getaway for much needed rest!

Absolutely adorable home! Clean, spacious and comfy! We had a small issue with a mold filled coffee pot that the maid overlooked, no big deal. I let them know. Didn’t ask for anything in return. The main issue we had is that the power went out at 4:30am this morning. The house got to 40°, so I contacted Vacasa at 7:15am to ask if they could check the power company and see what time it was scheduled to come back on since we had paid for late checkout. They told me there was no power outage and we had most likely thrown a breaker. The whole street was out so CLEARLY not our fault. I contacted Entergy myself and was told it would come back on at 9:30. When it didn’t, we headed home. I requested a refund for the late checkout fee, and was told that I should have “controlled what time we leave and left before 10, because the power outage wasn’t their fault”... I know that. I’m an adult. We were gone before 10:30. It wasn’t exactly planned since we paid to stay late. Keep your $20. Just avoid the management texting app if you want actual help. Whoever runs it is rude and doesn’t have time for you. Would I recommend the house to friends? Yes! Would I recommend Vacasa? No.
