We have spent 10 days in July. Location is great just across the beach with crystal clear water in quiet aria of Porto Heli. The house has real “home” atmosphere. Near by are restaurants and bars. Katerina is great host with perfect advises what to is worth to pay a visit in the surroundings.

The bathroom.

The house was beautiful and equipped with everything one would need. Great location, just across the street from the beach. Nice view, too.

It’s a wonderful place, highly recommended. The location is on a peaceful area and only a couple of kilometers from Porto Heli. The house is on an elevated ground surrounded by a large and beautiful garden. There is a fence around the property, and a car entrance through the main gate. The parking place is on the backyard, so the car is not visible from outside. There are plenty of lights at night around the house and in the garden, and you feel very private and secure. From the front terrace you can enjoy a splendid view of the Argolic Gulf. There are also other two terraces facing East and North. The beach is in front of the house, only a few tens of meters across the main road. The sea water is crystal clear, and warmer than in other areas due to the Gulf. So, you can enjoy a very relaxing swimming. My wife and I travel a lot and we have rented many houses. This one is special because the feeling is that you live in your own holiday home, not in some impersonal rented place. In conclusion, for those who seek privacy and comfort of a large house near the beach, at an accessible price, this is the place. Katerina is a wonderful person and was very helpful in accommodating us. Thank you Katerina!

Stayed there for 3 days. The house is roomy, lots of light, an amazing view and it’s a short walk away from the nearest beach! Amazing place!
