The location was great I loved the scenery

The elevator took forever

Good coffee. Spacious atrium. Room size was good. Room was clean.

Bar set up. Looked like a bar placed in a cafeteria. Bartender was really nice. Cheap wine. Was not open on Saturday night. Shower rod was broken, toilet ran all night.

The hotel is nice but I wasn’t expecting having to exit the hotel to get to my room. I feel more safe when the entrance is inside versus outside.

The water at night was lukewarm versus in the morning, it was very hot!

I was traveling for my birthday for this visit and my experience was wonderful. I went in to check in and at no price change Shawn D. who checked me in upgraded my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be returning here again the next time I come down.

This property was amazing it located off the highway it’s very beautiful and clean a lot of space for entertainment it has a beautiful outdoor space and bar the staff are amazing very helpful

The receptionist was outstanding and friendly.

Wyndham took an old hotel and wrapped the front of it. Inside is a smoke infested motel with outside doors, old carpet, bathrooms, drapes, etc. I was literally stunned. The pictures in Booking look nothing like the hotel. The bathtub was yellow so I had to pass! 😳I was so disappointed and cannot stay at another Wyndham hotel ever again. Don’t be fooled! My room was located outside and I took the inside elevator to the second floor, walked to the end where there was an outside door and it was on the other side. I had to use my hotel key to get back in.They should have demolished the building. The updates are not nearly enough.

The lobby area was nice

I did not like that my sheets were damp , the room was not clean , I had to ask for cold water which was not refreshed daily in the lobby. And also there were no fruit options for breakfast I’m vegan and I don’t eat meat or bread so I didn’t have good breakfast at all . Also the pool was closed and I was unaware of that as well

The pool was not in service an extra payment was taking off my card an is still pending no one know why I had to check out earlier than planned because of that my kids was very disappointed with not being able to swim

Worst night sleep I have ever had the bed was like sleeping on concrete and I had a room that faced inside and you can hear the music from the lobby all night

I like the quiet clean beautiful atmosphere of the hotel inside and out. You have multiple areas to sit and enjoy or even walk around outside. Very clean

They didn't have breakfast the first morning after we stayed, and there was no complimentary snack or option available (nothing major just like pastry fruit juice)

Very unpleasant to see the pool and the surroundings dirty. A lot of noise in the corridor at dawn.
