My wife and I and our 2 dogs enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was clean and as advertised. With the fenced in yard it was perfect for the dogs. And the A/C works great! It was just what we were looking for.

This place is so cute!! That's what my sister-in-law kept saying and she is right. I originally rented the house for just my husband and I but then invited his brother and sister-in-law so I changed the booking from 2 to 4 adults with no problem. We were notified that the ceilings upstairs were low so my husband and I took one of the upstairs bedrooms as we are under 6 feet tall. The room was cozy and comfortable. We had no trouble moving around. The downstairs is very roomy and furnished nicely. I would suggest bringing a bag of ice as the ice trays furnished could not keep up with our usage. But, we use a lot of ice. We spent most of our time out on the deck, which is very large and shaded for most of the day. We like that the yard is fenced as our small dog puts her nose to the ground and can be a mile down the road before you know it and we did not have to worry about it here. There was a minor glitch upon our arrival but it was handled quickly and efficiently. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future..

Loved waking up in the morning and feeding the geese. We fished and caught a few. Beautiful property and dog friendly. Upstairs is not for tall people, I am 5’8” and had to duck a little. Kids loved it. All in all a wonderful stay and will stay there again.

My family of six viewed the 2024 solar eclipse from the front yard, so lifelong memories were made here.
PROS:
-Kitchen is better stocked than most other rentals.
-Kids loved tooling around in the kayak.
-Close enough to town and the national park to make shopping and sightseeing easy.
-Comfortable master bed.
CONS:
-Plumbing fixtures are "vintage"
-Upstairs bathroom is "spooky" according to my 8-year old :)
VERDICT:
This property has the basics well-covered. Not everything here is shiny-brand-new, but it's comfortable and it works. The host and property manager were very reasonable, responsive, and helpful. If I had plans to visit Hot Springs again, would definitely stay here!

This home advertises 3 bedrooms. There is really only 1 bed room and 1 loft with two open sleeping areas. Could be a good place for a family with kids but would NOT recommend 3 adults couples. No privacy in the loft. Water pressure not high enough to run two showers at the same time. The front door knob was broken when we got there. Great patio though, with lots of turtles.

This is in a quiet neighborhood. We caught several fish from the pier. We sat by the fire pit in the evenings. The back yard was fenced for our fur animals. Will definitely be renting this place again. My family and I really enjoyed the time away from home to just sit back and relax. It’s also close to town to grab anything you may have forgot at home.

We absolutely loved our time at Turtle Cove. It had everything we could want! Our kids loved staying in the loft upstairs! We so enjoyed the fire pit each night, having a kayak, the charcoal grill, fishing access across the road, and comfy king sized bed in the master. I loved having a washer/dryer to get a head start on the laundry as well. Location is also very convenient to downtown! We would definitely stay again!

I spent a few nights here with my teenaged kids over Spring Break and had a good stay. The house is pretty much as listed, although a touch closer to neighbors on either side than it seemed like it might be from the photos.
Plenty of room inside for all 3 of us to spread out and relax for the few days. We enjoyed watching the turtles on the downed tree across from the dock.
The kitchen isn't as well-equipped as some other short term rentals I've used, so if you plan on making your meals at the house, you might want to bring a few essentials. For example, there were no baking sheets or some of the basic things like aluminum foil. Lots of cabinet space, but most of them were empty. There was also no dish soap, other than the dishwasher pods, which meant running the dishwasher more than might have otherwise been needed. There were a few small pots and pans, which unfortunately had something sticky all over the bottom that ended up smoking badly when we used them until we scrubbed them with hot water and a brush and then ran through the dishwasher.
Overall, it was an affordable stay and we had a relaxing stay and I felt like we got our money's worth.

We had a great weekend for my daughters 13th birthday weekend trip! The house is so nice and we loved being able to kayak on the river! Even though we were in a neighborhood we had so much privacy and space! The location was also great, not too far away from any of the fun things to do and places to eat in hot springs!

This was a sweet little place tucked into a cove. Lots of space, clean and beautifully decorated. The weather was not the best when we were there and they helped to try to make our stay better by being so accommodating. I would come back.

The house was perfect for hosting a family Thanksgiving get together. We will definitely use again when we come back to Hot Springs. Black Friday shopping was good too....Harps was the closest Market and had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful trip

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location being away from town but not too far to be a burden. The neighbors were really quiet and respectful. The bed was very comfortable and had really nice pillows so we slept well. Good overall stay and very satisfied!

We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.The neighborhood was quiet. It was centrally located to activities and shopping. We loved the deck and fire pit but would have liked to have had another kayak so we didn't have to kayak alone. Also a ladder to access the water.

Four ladies booked this property for a girls gettaway. The property was exactly what we wanted. 15 minutes from downtown and in the country. The porch was used every morning for coffee and drinks in the evening. Loved looking out at the river and the turtles sunning themselves. Plenty of room inside. Clean and spotless. Bedrooms were comfortable and unique to give some privacy. Kitchen table was perfect because we love to play cards. We could not have found a more perfect place. The property manager was so nice and gave us good suggestions for places to go and see. Communication was the best. Book this property and you will not be disappointed.!!!

My husband and I stayed with 2 kids and 2 dogs. Fenced in yard was awesome for the fur babies! We sat by the lake, made s’mores in fire pit, grilled out and did a ton of fishing! Property was as described and comfortable and relaxing - great vibe! Bed downstairs was comfy and kitchen was well stocked so we could cook. Ordered some Door Dash too, and were pleased with the options. We did have an issue but hosts were very quick to respond, address, resolve.

We were happy with this cute little house. The location with the channel view was relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet. The amenities were as described. Be aware that if you prefer coffee other than a single cup brew, there is not a larger coffee pot. Not a game changer for sure. The only small complaint is that the home was not cleaned with great detail prior to our stay, such as the master bedroom headboard was pretty dusty so it may have been overlooked and the window a/c unit was blowing thick dust. If you are allergic to dust this may cause an issue. We were only in the house early mornings and late evenings so it was good for us. It actually felt like home (no house is void of dust ;)). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The kids loved the upstairs area. I will say it’s perfect size for kids, taller adults will not be comfortable because the ceilings are so low in areas. But your kids will love it. We loved the back area. It was private and great. The front was more busy than we thought it would be but it was a nice quiet neighborhood. Overall we had a great stay!

My husband and I with our 2 dogs stayed at this property for Christmas weekend. The mgmt company decorated prior to our arrival, which was a nice touch. We sat by the lake, had a fire pit, grilled out on Christmas, and just had a great and relaxing time. Would definitely stay here again.

We decided to take a little trip after Christmas and this was the perfect spot. The place is conveniently located near Hot springs and all the attractions. Loved the shopping downtown, Garvan Gardens and Weldon’s Meat Market won’t disappoint. The home is very well stocked and will have anything you would possibly need. Very quiet and serene location. Loved the patio which overlooked the river. We grilled every night while enjoying the fantastic patio. The hosts were great and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

It’s the perfect little lake house getaway! Very spacious house and in a good location for anyone interested in outdoor activities in the Hot Springs area. Upon arrival we had an issue with an odor in the master bedroom, but the property manager was very prompt on attempting to remedy it once she was made aware. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

the stay was very nice and Dee is very supportive during the process, property is as described and kept very clean. Just be mindful if you plan to stay and cook as we end up have to stop by Kroger for extra supply for multiple stuff. Upstair ceiling is limited of height, I am 5'4 and no issue but taller guy need to be mindful around edges. In reality the upstairs will be perfect for kids if travel group has children

Clean, modern house with amenities. New, firm mattresses. Books and boardgames. Situated in a quiet neighborhood midway between Hot Springs NP and downtown HS, and several trailheads in Ouachita Nat'l Forest for great hiking and picnicking. What a fantastic surprise!
