The location was great. Overall the property was good for the short stay that we were there for.

While the property was good, the hosts were not at all helpful or friendly 1. On booking the property which didn't have any of the below in the description we got an email with the following message: Linen is supplied for your accommodation, please remember to bring your beach towels as these are not provided. Please remember to bring your toiletries, soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, beach towels and any everyday items you require for your stay. I thought of cancelling the booking because of this but realized its a non refundable booking. We ended up shopping for these items only to find out that some of it was in the property, possibly left by previous people who must have stayed there. We weren't happy with the messaging here. 2. The automatic front gate remote doesn't work, You literally have to get out of the car walk to the inside of the parking lot and open the gate with a key every time you drive in or out of the property. This was inconvenient for us given we had a baby with us. On raising this with the hosts, I was told that I have to get close up to the gate, which I had tried several times before I went to the hosts office. The lady there was very rude and told me that there is nothing they can do. On trying to explain further a man came out of the office shouting at me telling me "there is nothing we can do, do you understand?" I had no words after this treatment and was in shock of how they treat guests. I asked the lady if she can give me a replacement remote and she told me that that there is only one remote, the others are for guests that are going to be coming soon ( making me feel lesser of a guest). I then got a message on my phone so I started reading it and the lady says " there is nothing we can do, we are closing so can you leave?" and I left. The whole time we stayed there we had to open the gate manually to go in and out of the property. The hosts are not at all hospitable. 3.

The rooms all tiny and living room looks big.

It was difficult to contact the service staff during the weekend; the text message and the paper message had the contradiction，so there was a little twist in the return of the key...

Definitely needs aircon but apart from that is very comfortable and nice
