Great home with everything needed for a stay. Close to the freeway and not far from Loveland and Fort Collins. Boyd Lake was right there too and it was nice to have a house that felt livable and welcoming. It was in a quiet neighborhood that was easy to navigate. Great place to stay!

This house is amazing. We loved to stay there. This is the best house I have stayed in during my travels. A well-equipped kitchen and a cozy garden with a hot tub. I will most likely come back and then I will stay there if it is available. Definitely recommend this house and host.

The house was very clean and very nice inside... looks new. The whole process was easy and communication was timely and helpful. We weren't able to utilize the community pool because it was closed. I am not sure why.
But we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

The photos of this home were 100% accurate and the home is even more beautiful than illustrated. It was one of the most well-equipped rental units in which I have ever stayed. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed including spices and some basic supplies. All of the beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels and sitting out under the stars in the very clean hot-tub was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to take their family to the Loveland/Ft. Collins area.

This was the perfect location for us. We were in town visiting family. The house was great, the property manager was available when we needed. The property was set up conveniently for sleeping and feeding my large family. It was close to Boyd lake. Two things we needed were a garlic press and cheese grater.

The house was very nice and clean. Location was good as well. The only drawback was the little airport not far away and the continual small airplanes flying over while we were having a family get together, not real noisy but a tad bit annoying.

Property was just as described, clean, with great access to Loveland. Would certainly stay again.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 to have meals and play board games. The location was great and the home was top notch clean. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. We would choose to stay at this property again.

Wonderful location in Loveland CO. Close to Estes Park and RMNP. Close proximity to nice state park and local reservoirs. House was clean. Comfortable beds. Open kitchen/living space that allows for good flow. Great backyard to enjoy coffee! Would stay again! Thank you!

Cute, clean house that is close to everything. We drove to the front Range to spend Easter weekend with our son who is a College at CSU. We cooked Easter dinner and the house had everything we needed! We will stay again!

Property manager was professional and readily available when I called. We were able to relax. We even had some time to enjoy the neighboring lake.

We stayed in the property over Thanksgiving to visit friends in the area. The layout, well-appointed kitchen, and well-planned furnishings made for an ideal setup for relaxing, cooking, and dining. Communication was great from the owner/manager. Everything was just as pictured. We all said we wished our own home had some of the features of this home! There was a bit of road noise at night on the master bedroom side of the house as it backs up to a road leading into the subdivision, but the owner thoughtfully furnished ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
