Location near Truckee center and skiing. Clean and spacious. Visually pleasant. Good place for the family to congregate during the holidays with nice fireplace and easy cooking area.

Needs room darkening curtains/blinds on windows! How can that be missing in a lodging rental? Only the large window panel in master had room darkening and other two panels did not. Upstairs rooms had nothing. Also, put key info in your handy binder that notes where the router is located and what to do if can’t get it to work. It was hidden in downstairs unit. And when couldn’t work, it wasn’t until the next day that Vacasa dealt with it. They were great (very polite and service-oriented) but the delay was not acceptable and gives points to staying in a hotel where these things are addressed more promptly.

The loft area was really cool for our kids to take over. The beds were comfortable especially the master.

There weren't any basic pantry items such as seasonings that we typically have access to when staying at a rental home.
