We really enjoyed our time at Larry’s property. He is a great host. The property was clean, spacious and well appointed. The location was wonderful to walk to restaurants, etc. We had bikes delivered and really enjoyed seeing Marco Island on that way.

Beautiful condo on the beach! The unit had everything we needed along with some little extra touches for our stay. The unit was clean and had all beach essentials. Larry was very communicative and helpful!

Larry’s place is very nice. Great location. We walked the beach in the morning. We were able to get chairs with an umbrella on the beach. Walking distance to lots of nice restaurants. Larry was an amazing host always checking in with us. We had a great time!!! Thanks Larry

Wow. Larry is simply the best. He makes sure your needs are met, makes sure to check to see if you traveled safely, and even sent an inspiring message to start every day. The unit was spotlessly clean, and stocked to meet our every needs. Amazing location. If anything was missing (which it wasn’t), we’re certain Larry would have had it to us in an instant. We are so grateful for the opportunity for the getaway at such a gorgeous beach, with all amenities met. If only all hosts were this amazing!

We could not have had a better stay at this property. I have never had a better host than Larry. He was communicative and beyond helpful. He checked on us each day to see if we needed anything - the only thing we needed were recommendations for restaurants because everything else we needed was already provided in the condo. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Marco Island.

First and foremost Larry is an absolute perfect manager of his condo. There were absolutely zero issues upon check-in and check out. If there was anything I need which I did not I know I could easily contact Larry for anything. The condo is immaculate as if it's brand new. The entire building of Marco Ocean resort is impeccable. I've stayed at this same resort twice before many years ago when it was a hotel. Although I miss having a little shop inside to go to there is one just a block to the left of the hotel called The Marriott where you can find anything you need. I do not recommend the Marriott at all to stay as I have stayed there as well and did not have a very pleasant stay. For the price at the Marriott you can rent with Larry for several days for the cost of one day at the Marriott. Please believe me 100% that staying at Larry's condo will be the best place you've ever stayed on Marco Island. I plan to be back in the Fall.

We had a wonderful stay at Marco Island. Check in was easy! We drove up and Frank helped us with our bags and valet parked our car. The accommodations were lovely, we over looked the pool and beyond that the ocean. The resort and beach were great. We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner at night. Larry was great and very communicative. We had never been to Marco Island but we will be back !

We are very satisfied with the attention Larry gave us. The whole procedure was easy. The place very attractive.

The location was great, easy walk to the beach (downstairs!), nice pool. Not too crowded, very relaxing. Easy parking too. Beach chairs & towels provided plus a cart for easy hauling! Our host, Larry, was very communicative and helpful, though we really didn’t need anything, as all was in good order.

Great one bedroom condo, large comfy bed, bathroom was large and very nice. Kitchen sink and fridge is mini size but it ended up working out ok except there wasn’t a freezer (the top had a small ice box about 3” tall) it was just colder but not really a freezer….tried to keep a small Ben and Jerry’s in it, but it didn’t keep. Really wish there were a cooler, we needed one for overflow beverages that didn’t fit in the fridge, also could have used one for outings (boat day). We ended up grabbing a cheap styrofoam one at the grocery store to use for beverages. Kuddos to owner for providing a box fan, we cant sleep without one! Also the super soft throw blanket was my favorite! One recommendation i can make is to replace the hairdryer, it was not great and had very little power so it took forever to dry my hair. The pool area was great but downside is that the pool bar was not open which was unfortunate, also there was only one working elevator in the building- owners should discuss these downsides with the association. All and all we’d stay there again if in Marco.

Very clean, Bed was comfortable, Marco beach is beautiful, kids slept on pull out and said it was good, balcony had a partial ocean view, kitchen had basics and was good for making simple breakfast/lunch. Would be perfect for a couple and hwe managed fine with our family of four. Valet service was kfantastic, the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive Definitely recommended.

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary in Marco Island. This was a fabulous place to stay. We arrived to a box of chocolate and a nice note for our anniversary. Very clean, comfy and had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Larry was a great host. He checked in with us daily and offered several ideas to make our vacation great. We would love to come back and stay again.

The unit is very clean. The owner is very responsive. There are a lot of amenities. The owner has a lot personal touches added to your stay. I really enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend this property to others. The staff are extremely pleasant too.

The entire property has the most amazing staff! All are friendly, professional and helpful! We loved the condo and personal touches Larry and his wife left for us! This included shelling bag, waters, chocolate and sunglasses! Larry communicated throughout the whole process of check in and check out, it was smooth! Both restaurants on site are fabulous! Easy beach access. Larry has beach chairs, umbrellas and towels with a beach wagon to carry all items down. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas right at beach entrance if you wish. The sunsets were amazing! We thank you so much for a spectacular visit!!! We will be back!!!

The unit is very nice and well-maintained. And, the building is a great location for beach access. I had a few issues, but none too problematic: 1. The listing says owner provides beach chairs in the unit, but there weren’t any. Guy at front desk said we could pay to rent some next door. 2. The garage access never worked with our card, but valet was included, so that was even better. 3. The TVs were not “smart” so no ability to access streaming services. Again, that was no impediment for us because we hooked up our own Roku, but most renters may not bring one along. Overall, though, a great experience.

Property manager was terrific to work with. So helpful. The location is absolutely perfect. Beautiful building and pool.
