We had an absolutely wonderful time! Julie was such a generous host and very clear communicator. Everything was very straightforward and her home was spacious and comfortable for the 10 of us that stayed there. We felt very relaxed and loved how tucked away we were. It was easy to get to local restaurants, wineries, etc. I would absolutely go back and encourage others to stay here as well. 10/10!

My wife and I rented this house with several couples and I can honestly say everything was incredible! Julie and her family were engaged and always helpful, even over s holiday weekend. The house was exactly as described; the pool, tennis court, and “great room” were amazing in keeping us occupied throughout. The property is at the end of a cul de sac, and it’s perfectly secluded. The beach and local town were minutes away, and the drive coming from the city was an easy one ! We will be back to this property 100% ! Thank you Julie for your hospitality!

Wonderful house for our family gathering! Julie was a great host, the house was clean and comfortable for all of our guests. Pool, tennis court and basketball court were fun ways to entertain the group. Would recommend and if we are back in the Hamptons would definitely rent again. Bernadette

Julie's house is lovely. It is close to Southampton Village, but far enough away for a private escape. It is incrediby clean and well appointed. She was totally accessible and a very gracious hostess, indeed. I would love to be a guest again and thoroughly recommend this property.

Just finished up a FABBB, FUN stay at this beautiful home!! Can't recommend enough!! The house has an open floor plan, LOTS of windows and LOTS of sunshine--- which we LOVED!! My husband, family and I felt SOOO comfortable here! The house was very clean, homey and Julie the host, was the BEST and SUPER HELPFUL!! The home is also located at the end of the block so it was very private!! If you are looking for a home with a great location, pool and tennis, this home is for you!! Also, as an added bonus, you can catch a beautiful view of the sunset off the balcony of the master bedroom!!

The house was absolutely beautiful. It was fully equipped with everything my husband and friends needed. We very much enjoyed the pool and tennis court. Julie was very helpful and always available. We rented this place to celebrate Father's day with family. From start, it appeared we were their first rental and this property was far from being in ready condition to be rented. Below is a list of issues faced: 1) Swimming pool heater: We expect to have pool to be in working condition and temperature set at a comfortable level of 84 degrees vs. 73 on panel. When we attempted to raise the temperature, the heater would start and immediately shut off registering and error code. Owner was not able to fix the issue (changing gas regulator and igniter) until a day and half later. Then it took another 10-12 hours to reach up to 83 degrees. Two days of no pool use. (Update: Owner has filed an insurance claims that we took on property insinuating that we broke the water heater for ~$1,200) 2) AC 1st floor - was out for 4 days until we left. Owner never send anyone to evaluate and fix. Inside temp as high of 79 degrees!!! 3) BBQ grill: The grill is so old and neglected that its simulated slate façade is crumbling. Drawers stuck, some handles broken, inside of drawers full of grease, cob webs and worn out cleaning tools. The grease build up was so much that it burned our the food with terrible charred smell, not to mention potential fire hazard. (Update: Owner has now filed an insurance claims against our policy that we damaged his BBQ grill for ~$1,000) 4) Propane Gas: There was about 20 minutes of gas left in the tank when we started to cook on Father's day. Three empty or nearly empty tanks were left under the deck that owner told us are FULL. We had to drive like mad to run to a gas station two minutes before closing to get the tank filled for $25. (Update: Still No reimbursement.) 5) Carpenter ants/Hornet: Inside and outside. Killed over two dozen ants on beds, clothing , ceilings, kitchen floor, LV, pool, everywhere. Big ant infestation in and outside of this house. Hornets: Flying in and out under deck next to pool causing chaos for family. 6) Property condition: Dreadful - Broken Basketball panel (glass punched out), tennis court with multiple cracks, broken fence, broken glass near pool area, poison ivy and weeds on walkways, debris in yard, dried out lawns, neglected decking need to be refinished to avoid splinters, pool missing depth marking and safety harness between shallow/deep, mold on chairs. How was this Pet/child friendly? Very Disappointed. There must be better options.

Great host and the house was wonderful. Our stay was amazing. If anything, the house is much better than it even looks in the pictures. While we didn't have the best luck with the weather, the heated pool and the large outdoor space ensured we could take advantage of all the amenities anyway. Julie provided us with fresh sheets and many towels as well. The house is also very quiet, relaxing and convenient (only a 15 minute drive away from town!). Our group had a great time - would absolutely recommend!
