What a lovely property and the most comfortable bed!! You walk out the door wall and there is the perfect area to connect with the other residents at the bonfire. The Gulf of Mexico is just steps away and so easy to access. An awesome location, close to the restaurants and great parking at the resort.

Free beach chairs Kayaks and paddle boards, we’re great. Proximity to beach with awesome sunsets. I would have liked a dishwasher in the unit and too bad no beach towels in a property with everything else for the beach.

Can't walk for long distances, so having the beach in the back yard was perfect.

You can't beat the location. You walk right out onto the beach. However, if you are accustomed to white sandy beaches, this one is a bit different. The beach is made primarily of shells. Fun for kids I suppose.

The unit was very close to the beach and cozy. Lounge chairs were provided, kayaks, grill and cooker. Very comfortable fir two people!

This was the perfect location! Unit was exactly as advertised and I love that we could walk out the back door and be on the beach.

We enjoyed the the easy beach access. It was great to have beach chairs, kayaks, and fire pit. A little plaza across the street with some shops and food was convenient.

The beach is really nice. When I booked the condo the cost was more than stated on the website. The couch was old and dirty. There were no beach towels even though it told us to wash them. The view on the website shows you can see the ocean but most of it is obstructed. It’s not worth the money. Wouldn’t return

While the unit was small, it was perfect for 2. We stayed 23 days in January 2023. I loved that it was steps from the beach (really...only about 50 steps). The unit was tastefully decorated. The complex also had a firepit, plenty of both lounger chairs and beach chairs that you could take to the beach and kayaks and paddle boards for your use. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. There are a few negatives....the couch was very dirty and stained and the curtains were also very dirty. After numerous calls and text messages to the management company they finally sent out a professional service to clean the couch (the stains came back but at least I knew it was clean). Also, there was a leak in the refrigerator that ran out the front of the refigerator door (that apparently has been there for a while since there was damage to the floor when we arrived). We would consider staying there again.

What a lovely piece of paradise! It was just like the pictures-a bit of old Florida and new! Everything was just outside your door-kayaks, bicycles, chairs, umbrellas, grill, picnic tables, outdoor shower, and the beautiful Gulf! We will be back. This was our 2nd time staying on the beach front property. We love the outdoor area with all the amenities. From the bbq to the paddle boards and kayaks, this place has everything you need in order to enjoy the beach! This property sits right on the beach and has amazing views of the water. Feel free to move the chairs and loungers around to your liking, and even take them down to the beach (taking them back of course when done). There is an ice cream shop and a bar and grill that you can walk to across the street. We enjoyed the kayaks and bikes-also having the cooler outside of our unit was a great way to keep drinks cold due to the fridge being of smaller size. The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We visited several local beaches -St. Johns Pass is a must see/visit. There is a boardwalk and several restaurants , lots of shopping (under a 20 min drive). We will definitely stay again!! This property is conveniently located right on the beach in Indian Shores. Stepping out the rear entrance puts you on a ground level patio leading directly to the sand and water. The property appears to be one of several older units that were very tastefully renovated within the last few years and upgraded with modern furnishings, apliances and plumbing. The managers seem to do a good job keeping everything clean and in good repair In their effort to communicate with renters, they send many emails.
