Dear All, Arrival: Emmanuel, of @cozypropertiesgh was an absolute amazing host, he responded to my message on time ensure that i made it to the apartment, upon arrival he has staff waiting to pick me up to my utmost shocker satification they gave me a wide range of room selection this was an amazing perk with them Payment: They have a pos and my international visa card worked fine which was my major fear, they accept cds and other currencies they even helped me with cash via their pos when i reached out saying i was getting stranded. emmanuel himself checked on me from time to time via whatsapp and we had great interaction. his team were always availabe to support and provide anything i needed. Stay: they had cleaners come daily, other apartments dont clean daily cleaning the cleaners were professional , i had money intact around the apartment all safe, no complain, they replaced all the toiletries , washed the plates and kept the house in order , i was always impressed each time after the cleaning it was deep clean Conclusion: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(7/7) i would recommed you book via GPG @cozypropertiesgh CPG , i felt home and comfortable. and they felt like my support system. definetly recommend

The Resturant in the apartment: Do not buy anything from there. the servers are RUDE!!!! disrespectful and racist toward Nigerians, i disliked their service, they got my order wrong most times and they made it super late , on one occasion she totally forgot about my order , on another occasion they made the food wrong, they claim they are short staffed serving a 4 blocks of flat. but most of the ladies there seem very careless. also everything in the resturant is is x5 very expensive and not worth the price and gives aboslute zero value for money. Recommendation: Buy your stuff elsewhere its more value for money

the property is spacious

it was dirty! There was cockroaches we had to ask for another cleaner as the first cleaner didn’t clean properly.On our last day 4th we didn’t have anyone coming in to clean.

Great room and facilities . A bit pricey at 450 dollars à night but understand it's peak season. Restaurant onsite is awful. Luckily there are lots of great restaurants and cafes in the cantonment labone area.

The location is great, it is well designed and very secure.

The AC is directly opposite the bed, so doesn’t make for a comfortable sleep.

The room was very clean, tidy and modern. The pool was great. The host and the staff of the facility are very nice. There is a small snack shop, which offers good snacks

This is a lovely place to stay. My host arranged for a free airport shuttle to the apartment. The apartment was a second home to be. Kitchen was well stocked. The internet speed was perfect. The housekeepers were very friendly and professional. They attended to my needs and helped me get items from town. The apartment was very neat and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to my next stay.
