Requested earlier check in which was granted, can’t believe how nice the appointment was, not only spotless but the views were to die for
It would be very hard to dislike the apartment, we stayed in room 3 which was the top floor, best views I would say. I would say if you had mobility issues I probably would recommend a lower floor but it was perfectly ok for us

The view was exceptional, the staff fantastic, made you feel comfortable from the start, size of apartment great and location perfect.
The only let down was there was no freezer.i like ice in my tipple when away.

Beautiful 180 degree view over the estuary and along the coast. Clean, comfy and well equipped apartment, with a warm welcome and helpful assistance from the host and his team.
Steep stairs and rather poor WiFi connection. Parking could be difficult and there was no bike storage available.

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment overlooking Cleethorpes beach. Easy walk into town or out of town along the promenade. Convenient for all that Cleethorpes has to offer.
Nothing I can think off. Some traffic noise, understandably, but this was offset, for us anyway, by the closeness of the beach and the views across the Humber.

The property is very well designed, decorated and nicely laid out. Also, it’s a very calm, peaceful place set in a good location. All the rooms in the flat have more than enough room and are very spacious. Very clean and fresh, the whole place has a lovely smell too.

Excellent location with clear views of shipping and birdlife in the Humber Estuary (personal interests). The apartment is bigger in reality than the photos on Booking.com appear to indicate.
A freezer section for G&T ice cubes in the fridge would be an advantage, but not the end of the world! The climb to the second floor indicated that I need to get fitter!

No allocated parking space. Although we eventually managed to find street parking nearby this could be a problem in busier months.

The owner was a very nice person and showed us the things we needed to know.
It was very clean and modern.
It is in a great location for all amenities, with fabulous views from all of the windows of the sea/ beach.

upon arrival we met John who owns the property he is very welcoming and a very genuine bloke. john has put a lot of thought and effort into making a really nice place to stay it feels high quality. And in my opinion is well worth every penny not too far from the promenade, local pubs etc. nice views, Wi-Fi and everything you would need for a single day, or a 2 week stay john showed us around the place and then left us to it, 100% recommend
