L'allotjament és del més confortable que hem estat mai. Les instal.lacions són molt acollidores i dissenyades amb molt d'estil. Volem destacar el tracte del personal, ha estat excel.lent! Sense cap dubte repetirem a un futur 🙌🏼❤️

L'únic inconvenient van ser que una de les saunes estava averiada i l'aigua de tres de les quatre piscines estava una mica freda.

Toll! 10 von 10. Wir waren in der Nebensaison und hatten das Glück ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu bekommen. Das Zimmer war groß, sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Hotelangestellten waren super freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und jeden Tag sehr gut gelaunt. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht beim Frühstück und im Restaurant. Das Hotel ist sehr hundefreundlich. Unser Hund durfte überall mit hin und war ein willkommener Gast. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht!

The hammam wasn’t working. No kettle in my room or tea bags.

Our stay was super pleasant, we loved our room and stay! It was our first time visiting from the states and we didnt know what to expect. We had a wonderful relaxing experience and took advantage of the complimentary pool spa/sauna. The shower and bed was our favorite, really comfortable. The staff was super helpful and kind, shoutout to Olivia and Alex. We didn't get his name, but he has red hair and a mustache, he always welcomed us to our breakfast with such great energy! It was hard not be in a great mood and enjoy our stay! I highly recommend and would come back.

The surrounding area was a little slow due to visiting during the off season.

El hotel es precioso y está todo muy limpio. Todo el personal es súper amable y nos han hecho sentir muy cómodos en todo momento. Nos ha encantado lo tranquilo que ha sido el ambiente el tiempo que hemos estado. Lo recomendamos, sobre todo para parejas!

Hotel facilities were excellent and in fantastic condition. The pool space in particular is a very relaxing area to spend the day. Breakfast was served with a nice outdoor seating option. Food and drink on offer was great quality and just what we would expect. Staff were very welcoming with a great introductory tour of the hotel and very attentive service through out.

Sehr schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Boutique-Hotel mit aussergewöhnlich nettem, hilfsbereitem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war grossartig und ausgewogen und auch mit täglich wechselnden warmen Speisen. Generell war das Essen sehr fein, ob beim Frühstück, beim kleinen Lunch am Pool oder im hauseigenen Restaurant. Alles perfekt, wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Man kann sich darüber streiten, ob es wirklich ein 5* Hotel ist, aber für uns ist das eher zweitrangig, eine stilvolle gemütliche Einrichtung, gutes Essen und nettes Personal ist uns viel wichtiger. Und diesbezüglich ist alles top!

Eigentlich hat uns alles sehr gefallen. Da unsere beiden (erwachsenen) Kinder ein Zimmer teilten waren die durchsichtigen WC und Duschtüren für sie etwas störend, war aber nicht wirklich ein Problem.

Service was a joke. Miles away from a 5-star hotel. I got sick on the day before and tried to call the property to cancel my reservation and explain the situation. We called 15 times. They ignored us for hours. Booking send them a request to waive fees and allow the cancellation, but they still ignored. When I got there, completely sick, I called the reception and showed them the phone always ringed but they chose to ignore us every single time. Ridiculous. 5-star hotel would never do that. They tried to compensate us with 20-min massage or calling a private doctor many hours after our arrival. Was not sufficient. I could not enjoy my stay. Additionally, hotel is far away from town, the road is a little dangerous with little to no lighting. I would never go back and/or recommend to any friend. Would love to have my money back. Greedy and disrespectful attitude

We liked the location (even though the hotel doesn't have a parking, there is a lot of space to park in front of the hotel for free), quiet and safe, easily reachable plus fairly close to all the beaches on the east south coast that we wanted to visit. The hotel itself has a lovely boho design, and we liked our room with a hot tub especially, it was of a perfect size, and the interior and facilities were on spot.

Not a huge fan of the breakfast, it was of a buffet style however the choice was rather limited for our taste (some might find it sufficient), but the food was tasty. The other cons is the limited space in the pool area, the pool is not very big and therefore there is not enough sunbeds around it. While it might not be an issue for the most of days, sometimes it might cause a bit of distress when you see how quickly sunbeds are being taken while you still eat your breakfast.

Beautifully designed hotel in a peaceful location. A serene, calm oasis from the moment you walk in. Comfortable and stylish bedrooms, and communal spaces. Friendly, efficient and unobtrusive staff. Couldn’t fault it. Absolutely superb.

Staff was very friendly! Hotel is very clean and bed was incredibly comfortable! We loved the facility overall and its location next to the port.

There’s nothing we did not really like but would have been great to have a larger swimming pool area.

Beautiful hotel with the most stunning decor, the staff were incredible. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they couldn’t be anymore accommodating, they really made our stay special.
