Was disappointed after reading reviews. The BB pool and backyard are shared with one or two other properties. This was noted in tiny print under notes that I did not see before renting. The master bedroom bed, sheets, pillows, and mattress cover need to be replaced. Sheet came off every night and pillows were like pancakes. No extra fluff. Only 2 small ice trays with very few extras. Coffee cups were stained and some were cracked. The location was good and close to downtown. Communication could have been better, this property is through a property management company rather than individuals. We had to ask for check in instructions the day we were arriving. They did respond fast but used to getting the information a day earlier. This could be a nice property with some good cleaning and TLC.

The property was clean and well furnished. We loved the pool. One issue was the noise level between the large unit and the single unit that was attached. We could hear everything that was said in the other unit.

Wonderful location and place

Had a great time with another couple here over a weekend. Plenty of room for 4 adults. House is clean and allows for easy access to all the fun activities in Dunedin.

Very impressed with this house. Location was perfect for exploring breweries and restaurants on Main Street we were able to walk everywhere. The house was very clean, looked exactly like the photos and the beds/sheets/pillows were extremely comfortable. Communication with owners was great and I will definitely be returning!

Nice outdoor pool area. Walking distance to Downtown. One thing I would recommend is updating the bedding, other than that it was very comfortable.

Our stay at this property was good, not great. The proximity to downtown Dunedin was the highlight. Some outstanding restaurants are only walking distance away. We ate at The Living Room 4 or 5 times while we were in town. The space was small, but we knew that when we booked. The biggest disappointment was that one of my search criteria was "house", and this is not a house. It is a guest house, with a common door to the main house. Why is this important? We have 2 Pomeranians that we travel with, and Pomeranians are known to bark at everything. Having a shared door where they can hear constant noises will cause exactly that, and of course their barking is not enjoyable for anyone on the other side of the door. That is why we search for a "house". So they are not bothered, and so we don't bother anyone. Receiving a message from the owner about our dogs barking was borderline infuriating. For a one week stay we left them alone two times, and one of those times was only for an hour. Know that this property has shared spaces. The pool is shared. The home owners will sit pool side. The listing states it is shared, so this was not misrepresented. Unfortunately we opted to not use the pool all week. This was our oversight, not theirs. All the other pros and cons aside, the deal breaker for us when we travel is the bed. For some reason some property owners do not invest in a good bed. The bed here is small and completely unsupportive. A poor night sleep really impacts ones mood, and we did not get one good night sleep. Far too small of a bed, and a mattress with no support whatsoever. I would invest in a new bed and mattress altogether. This property would improve 100% with that one thing. To end on a positive, the property was well stocked with the basics for an extended stay. Plates, utensils and cooking items. Paper towels, dish soap, etc. Enough towels for the week, which is important. A washer and dryer was provided for use. Some ups, some downs, but in the end we would not consider staying here again. The bed was a deal breaker. The comment regarding our dogs barking was also a deal breaker. Hopefully your stay is a better one!
