Modern, bright and clean room. Excellent breakfast, a great plus before starting the day in Yosemite National Park. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, especially Jason (gave us a great welcome)

Great reception when I checked in....a little early. Accessibility facilities worked very well. It was quiet and very comfortable and clean. All very welcoming. Very good location for Yosemite.

The only thing I didn't like was the endless supply of coffee (great), in the lobby, was too wishy-washy. Extra scoop please.

It takes one hour n a half to drive to Yosemite national park but the drive was beautiful.

Friendly staff, great continental breakfast, and over all great rooms.

Fire alarm going off for no reason at 5am in the morning and elevators not getting fixed before checkout even though we were told they would be fixed. So having to lug our luggage down 4 flights of stairs wasn’t fun.

Location is great! Very close to Yosemite. Can visit Bass Lake too on the way out.

Staff could be more courteous. And welcoming. One of the check-in counter computer was not working, which was inconvenient.

Parking fee is ridiculous, especially when it was not disclosed. Room cleaned only if you stay 4 nights? Never disclosed. The price per night is too high, and for what if they don’t clean your room. The breakfast was not very good, too few choices, and not a good selection of items that were there.

Breakfast was good and the sitting area was very clean. The location for access to Yosemite was perfect. Parking was also ideal being close to the front entrance.

The staff wasn’t very friendly and the girl working the front seemed annoyed when I explained I had issues with my room key working. The Wi-Fi didn’t work either and she seemed annoyed when I went to the front desk and asked for the Wi-Fi password again. She wasn’t very friendly and seemed like she had an attitude. Front desk should be friendly and eager to help. I’ve stayed at other hotels with excellent customer service and was really disappointed with this experience. My room key had multiple issues and wouldn’t open our door. Thankfully I had family staying with me so they could open the door for me when needed. It was a big annoyance and I didn’t want to bother the front desk about the issues because they seemed annoyed by my issue.
