It was our first time staying in AMI and by the time we tried booking the rentals in the 'main/north part of the island were all snatched up so we took a chance on staying a little further south... and we're definitely going to do this every time.
The property location was great - easy walking distance to the beach with a 5 and 2 yr old (easier than some of our stays at high rise hotels on the beach).
Our unit was clean, cozy and just so comfortable with two small kids.
There's beach equipment in the garage that was very convenient. One umbrella and 4 chairs per unit plus a beach wagon - we ended up buying a tent because one umbrella wasn't enough to give shade to two parents and 2 boys trying to play in the sand.
Note that the first floor area is communal but we only used it when we were using the outdoor shower/wash off area.

Had never been to Anna Maria Island before but it's a beautiful beach and where you are at this property is a perfect location. Literally 5 min (or less) walk to the beach and a view of the inlet water from the deck. The garage is stocked with a beach cart, nice beach chairs, floats, and umbrella so you are well stocked for a beach adventure. And this part of the beach was not very crowded which was really nice. Restaurants are a 5-15 min drive. Really loved the convenient and beautiful location. The interior was very nice too and as shown in the pictures. Note that the screened in area is a shared space with the other unit (not an issue for us but good to be aware of). Kitchen supplies could have been a bit better stocked (bring Tupperware if needed!) but had the absolute essentials.

This was an excellent rental with a perfect location on a beautiful island. It was clean and comfy and thought of everything! Bay is close, ocean and beach are super close. All of the beach equipment is so helpful. No shortage of restaurants and Bridge St. Shops close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

Sparkling clean and a great location, about a minute walk to the beach. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and laundry. Super easy check in. 10/10.

The property was absolutely beautiful and a very shirt walk to the beach. It also had nice views of the water from the master bedroom and the covered deck. I highly recommend!

Easy entry to home and garage for beach chairs etc. only thing we couldn’t find was a wine opener! So we donated one to the house. Walk to beach is great…very close. As well as to the bay. We had never stayed on that side of AMI and I was pleasantly surprised.

I give this property 9/10. There were a few issues. Light switches in dining room and small bedroom didn't operate the lights or fans. Had to use the ladder to turn on. Kitchen electrical socket at far end of counter closest to the dining room is literally hanging out of the wall. Outside shower used to rinse off sand is impossible to use for a short person. I stand 4'11" and my mom is 4'8". Couldn't even reach the handle to turn on. Outside stairways are VERY VERY hard to see in the dark. These need lit for safety. Black stairs and night time don't mix. This was a safety issue for my 71 yr old mother. Had to use flashlight on phone.
Other than these issues, the house was great and very comfortable! Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Loved the location and it was a quiet neighborhood! 🙂

One very relaxing stay. If you love sunshine and the beach you will certainly love this relaxing place! Just a short distance either direction from the beach or to relax at the bay. The accommodations are very homey, spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. This location requires walking up a flight of stairs, so if you have physical limitations you might want to consider another option.

We had an awesome stay at this condo for our kids spring break! It was spacious with comfy beds and couches. It was in the perfect location- just a two minute walk to the beach. It was nicely cleaned, and everything was stocked great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, lots of outdoor space and roomy inside. As mentioned in previous review second bedroom has no shades which is not great for sleeping in or napping. Door code didn't work for access to chairs or umbrellas. No dish detergent or trash bags to clean condo as requested prior to leaving. Refrigerator leaked the whole time. For the cost I would have expected to not worry about a thing.

We absolutely loved our stay in Bradenton! The location of the house was PERFECT! You are literally steps away from the bayside and ocean! The house had everything we needed and was clean and just as stated on website!

The home was clean. Master bedroom very comfortable. The second bedroom needs shades. The kitchen requires upgraded utensils and glassware. There was not enough to cook. A cooler would be helpful to add to the beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach is one block away and absolutely gorgeous. The trolley is great so when you walk down the beach to eat and watch the sunset, nice to ride the bus back home.

Updated roomy unit very near beach and centrally located on AMI to restaurants, piers etc. Lots of great outdoor space on patio and deck Quite good condition/pleasant decor with just a few squeaks, rattles in doors, faucets and fan (as usual) . Some confusion re: passwords, door codes etc due to outdated info sheet in unit. Internet was only so so esp on deck. Fairly well supplied for dishes, cooking supplies, soap but not much for cleaning supplies etc--suggest hitting the Dollar store if u r staying more than a few days. Local contact Ruth was very responsive. First time on AMI and loved it. Beaches are superb.

Had a spectacular weekend! The location was literally one block from the beach and less than one block from the bay! House was super clean and had everything we needed for a great, relaxing weekend! Would definitely stay again!
