We had a wonderful time with family!! The home was beautiful and well equipped. We had plenty room for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful. We hope to come again next year!!!!

We had a wonderful stay. We were a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The property itself is stunning with amazing views. There was plenty for everyone to do, from just relaxing to enjoying the water. The hosts are amazing and so easy to communicate with if needed. Highly recommend.

House is set up well for multiple different age groups. Teens downstair and adults upstairs always works well. Nice and spacious layout, great views, and lots of amenities. Property manager is very responsive and helpful. We left a few things there, and they were quick to offer to send them back to us. Enjoyed our stay, would rent again.

Upon arrival host contacted to confirm entrace. Offered additional fishing locations to give best chances of success. Full amenities were available with numerous sleeping arrangements available. Beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. Upstairs dining area provided substantial seating and room for numerous people. Exterior lounging had 3 different locations which was perfect for different times and intensity of sun. Being on the canal we often started our daywithciffe waterside as the dolphins swam through. Will revisit in the future for sure!

The host is very responsive and helpful. House is full of condiments. Only missing sugar. The roof deck is incredible. You can watch sunrise and sunset there.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. The house was perfect in so many ways and the owners were a pleasure to work with. Don’t forget to take time for the rooftop deck! It’s an absolutely beautiful place to relax/visit at night. We even had a couple dolphins come by on our last afternoon there.

The pictures don't do it just. The place was great. The only thing there was no broom. Easy fix we bought one from HEB. The kitchen was awesome. We fished, used the kayaks and paddle board. We did bring our roku sticks and logged into their wifi way earlier than logging in and out of every app.

Five stars isn't enough. 1. Very clean - and I mean everywhere and every nook and cranny. 2. Everything was as described 3. The communication process with the owner was exceptional. All of our messages were answered within minutes. I left some items behind and the owner went out of his way to make sure my sister could stop by and retrieve my stuff. 4. The layout was perfect for us. My son and daughter-in-law have a 9 month old. They stayed in the downstairs portion which is separate from the main part of the house. Quiet for them, and quiet for everyone else. 5. Everything worked. 6. It's very quiet. 7. Plenty of parking for any guests you may have or for renters with multiple cars. 8. The neighborhood is about as nice as you can get. Lovely homes surrounding the property, on a very clean and well maintained boat canal with easy access to the bay, and quiet neighbors. 9. Walking distance to the Rockport Yacht Club, which accepts members from most other yacht clubs. 10. An easy short drive to just about anything you need: H-E-B grocery store, 3 liquor stores, multiple restaurants, including a great little Italian a few blocks outside of Key Alegro, Rockport Country Club (will make reciprocal golf arrangements with members of most other country clubs.) I recommend this property highly and certainly will try to rent it again on my next family trip or golf/fishing trip in the Rockport area.

Loved this property. Great access to the water and the owners provide paddle boards and kayaks for use on the canal. Extremely clean and spacious. Owners were communicative and delivered a full bottom of propane so we could enjoy the grill. Would definitely rent again.

This house was wonderfully equipped for our entire family, young and old. Was very clean and very well kept! Check in and out was seamless! A blessing for our family weekend indeed!

Perfect home for my our entire family. Our three girls, their husbands and children. There was a total of 12. There was plenty of room in the main area for all of us to gather an not feel cramped (even with the babies running around). The house was as described and so much more. It offered so much to do. We didn’t have to leave the house for entertainment. There are games, fishing, swimming of the deck. They have 2 kayaks and 2 boards. It was a great weekend. We are looking forward to coming back here on our next family getaway.

This is a fantastic home and we needed alot of space for our group, not because it was large but because of our wide span of ages and interests. It's decorated in a very lovely way, plus has all the amenities you would need. The owners respond immediately if you need something. A separate ice cube maker came was such a plus with the temperatures being so hot in August. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

The house was just wonderful and huge! There was so much space for our large group. One of the best things is that is has 5 bathrooms. You cannot beat that. The layout was great. Communication with the owners was impeccable. They answered every time I had a question, gave information about the town, what bait to use to fish, where to launch the boat. The kids loved swimming and paddle boarding right out the back door. The beach in the bay area was very nice and clean. We just had an overall great time and would love to come back in the future! We even had dolphins swim up one night:)

AMAZING TIME!! What a great place. There were 3 families and we each had our own room with there own private bathroom. We didn't even use the down stairs. Down stairs had a extra fridge that was very useful for storing food. The canal in the back was great, we caught and released the fish. All the kids had a blast and loved the house. Very clean and great communication with the host.

This is a GREAT place to stay. We visited Rockport with 3 families (6 adults and 8 children total) and this house was a perfect fit. There are 3 large bedrooms upstairs and 1 large living space with lots of beds downstairs. The house was clean when we arrived and the host was easy to communicate with. A major plus for our group was the ice machine that was located in the kitchen. It was perfect for filling up water bottles and coolers!!! The checkout process was easy as well. I would definitely recommend this property and book here again!

The property was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. We loved paddle boarding! The owner was extremely helpful when we needed something. Will be visiting again!!
