La struttura è molto accogliente con tutti i confort unico neo manca una scopa elettrica per pulire giornalmente. Essendo un posto di mare è facile portarsi dietro un po’ di sabbia. Ottima la piscina sul tetto con solarium.

I liked the room size , lift facility , kitchen , bathroom. The staff and manager responded immediately. The owner was very accomodating. Fan was provided when asked for. Location was good. Apartment and furniture looked good.

There was a problem in some drainage pipe but was taken care by the manager.

Very clean and modern, the flat was in a new complex with a fantastic pool which had an incredible view of the mountains whilst you swam. Our host was incredibly accommodating and extremely responsive, adding a lovely personal touch with wine and chocolates on arrival. i couldn’t fault Alse Homes! We particularly liked the flat as it was in the more residential town of Adeje but still had a great buzz with restaurants and shops around the corner. The underground parking is a particularly helpful addition to the building!

Could use instruction sheet to operate stove top/oven and washer!dryer. As guest from different country, we are not familiar with these applances
