Our family loved staying at Kathy and Scott’s home in beautiful Lake Tahoe. Kathy was so helpful to make our vacation special, and she and her husband, Scott immediately responded to our questions and needs. They allowed us to use their beach chairs, umbrellas and float toys when we went to the beach. The bottom floor layout was very open allowing our family to flow easily between the living room, kitchen and study areas. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the amenities. The bedrooms were all upstairs making it easy for those who wanted to go to sleep while others could continue hanging out on the bottom floor. Even a neighbor across the cul de sac was especially helpful to us. Thank you Kathy and Scott for being such great hosts!!

Could have used air conditioning as it did not cool down at night and no breeze. Power went out twice and neighbors had generator. All in all a nice vacation. Great communications with owner..

Great Get Away
We had the good fortune of being able to book this property for our trip with our adult children to Tahoe. The property was everything we hoped it would be. Both Kathy, the owner, and Tom, the manager, were communicative and very helpful from the moment I booked the home.
The home is well laid out and offered us plenty of space. This is also probably one of the best stocked homes that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook 95% of our meals and there were plenty of beach chairs and towels for us to use as well.
The neighborhood is fantastic and Tom's Trail (that's what we named it) was such a great place to walk or ride bikes. We also hiked up past the water tower off the forest service road at the very top of the neighborhood. The views there didn't disappoint. The location is so convenient to everything we wanted to do and easy access to grocery shopping.
We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of places to stay and we're grateful to Kathy for sharing her home with us and for Tom giving us great advice and helping us out with a last minute punch card issue.

Perfect VRBO for our trip
Wonderful location, good sized house, clean, well stocked, excellent floor plan. Tom is the best VRBO host, by far, we have ever had.

Super clean, fully stocked with awesome views!
Beautiful home that is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with awesome lake views. Short drive from town and walkable to peaceful hiking trails. Amazing great room with lofted ceilings, huge sofa, new smart TVs throughout. We loved cooking in the chef's kitchen (kitchenaid appliances/fully stocked), eating at the giant dining room table and reading by the fireplace overlooking the lake. Four bedrooms including a spacious master suite with private deck/lake views. This house was the cleanest we have ever stayed in and has everything you could need. Hope to be back soon!

Great place and stay
Great place to stay. Well stocked kitchen. Great TVs and had alot of the little things that showed the owner took pride in the home. There were plenty of games, books and a yoga mat. Our kids enjoyed the break and played in the snow. The host lent our son a snowball maker and we all had a blast with a family snowball fight, making snow men and getting away.

Cozy home great for groups
The property is great just as photographed- perfect for our group! The lake view wasn’t as good as it looks in photographs but it was also smoky during our stay which could be why. The neighborhood is a bit funky and houses are all very close together but the house itself is great- open floor plan downstairs with awesome kitchen and large living area (great big couch!). Tom / Kathy were very responsive and welcoming. The house had everything it needs, only real complaint is the technology- WiFi was very weak so tough if you have a few folks trying to work. Also, there’s only one TV and it’s rather old without smart capabilities (no hbo, Netflix, Hulu, etc) which was surprising and a bit disappointing for us since the smoky weather precluded us from being outside part of the trip. All in all, we were pleased with our trip and thought the house was awesome!

Great Property and Experience!!!
Fantastic property and location. I come up to Incline every year and this property is one of the best I have stayed at. Very friendly and helpful property manager, very clean house, and amazing location a VIEW! This house is a homerun!
