Home had all amenities to make out stay relaxing and functional for the babies.

Heated pool and spa. King beds in every bedroom. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of bath and pool towels. My friends and I were very comfortable. However, the neighbors are definitely close and can hear your conversation while you’re in the pool area. They have chickens and goats as well. Would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Naples area due to its close proximity to great shopping and dining.

The house was perfect for our group of 8. House was very clean, kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Beds are very comfortable.

We took our annual family vacation. This property was clean and well-stocked, and the hosts were terrific. They even put thought into games for children on rainy days. Everything was new and fresh. The most comfortable beds I ever slept on!! We will be returning.

Our trip went really well! The house was located on a secluded lot with lots of trees for privacy. The house had everything we needed. It was spacious and clean. The pool and outdoor patio were nice and inviting. We were pleased with the binder of suggestions and instructions to make our trip even easier.

Unfortunately we, the parents who rented your place for our family gathering, we not able to attend due to medical issues. However our children and grandchildren were able to enjoy your property. They expressed the home as nicely done and welcoming. The only issue that came up was that the hot tub was not heating. You did respond quickly to fix it.

Julia and Chuck are marvelous hosts. Extremely responsive to all requests. The location is perfect for access to all Naples has to offer. The house is comfortably furnished and outfitted with quality top of the line appliances and kitchen equipment. We're looking forward to returning next Winter.

First I’ll list the positives then the negatives. The property is very clean and nice. It has most everything you’d need. The fenced yard and doggy poop station is a great addition. Loved having 4 king sized beds. Pool area and whirlpool is great. Negatives… outdoor cameras are intrusive. My +21 daughters didn’t like sunbathing with a camera pointing at them. I understand the Ring doorbell. However a camera overlooking the patio and pool is creepy. Another camera is mounted on the master bathroom/shower window and has a floodlight. It goes off when you enter the bathroom without turning on the light. The shower window is made of clear glass blocks so there’s no way to block it for privacy. There is only a Kcup machine. So having 5 coffee drinkers got expensive. Also the Wi-Fi is not conducive for working. They said it should’ve been reset. However they have many many appliances and cameras that use it. There was no hot water the first day. I sent a message and it was turned on immediately. We discovered the hard way that you can run the dishwasher and then one person could shower before the hot water ran out. I suspect it defaults to vacation mode when it’s reset via Wi-Fi. There’s no way to manually adjust it on the heater unit. It just says “Wi-Fi “. This is a nice place but they have a few things to modify before a family would feel completely comfortable.

This property is just wonderful! It is updated, clean, well equipped, and peaceful. It had all the comforts of home. We liked that the yard was fenced for our dog. :)

This property is perfect in every way! Great location. Wonderfully decorated. Every kitchen utensil and then some, in place. Perfect pool. Lovely lanai. So many hangers in the closet. King beds in every room. We will be back!

The house is beautiful and has all you need for extended family. The pool was the highlight for my kids. Julia was extremely responsive whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

Want to escape the cold and enjoy the Florida sunshine? This is a great place to do it. Two masters were great for adults and two other bedrooms with joint bathroom was great for kids. Lanai, pool and spa are wonderful our teens were in everyday. Well stocked kitchen tools and utensils made cooking a Christmas dinner hassle free. Our old Lab loved the big back yard and lizard hunting. Good location to get anywhere in Naples area in 15-20 minutes. Recommend without hesitation.

My husband and my adult daughters travelled to Naples to visit my parents before Christmas. The house was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. We have rented houses in Florida every year for the past 6 years and I can honestly say this was my favorite. It was like being at home. The kitchen has newer appliances and cookware - they even had spices. They also had a gas grill you can use. We enjoyed nights in the heated pool and spa. We definitely would stay again.

My family and I rent vacation homes every year, and we must admit this one was one of our favorites! We stayed for ten glorious days, and wish we could have stayed longer. My family is made up of : Me (50 years old), my wife (48 years old), our son (18 years old), our daughter (13 years old), my mother in law (73 years old) and my father in law (74 years old). The house is exactly what we needed to enjoy and relax. It was beautifully decorated and felt new, yet cozy. The landscaping was beautiful and well kept. The back yard with a beautiful clean pool and hot tub was perfect. The house is very spacious and everyone had their own room (all four rooms had King size beds, with extremely comfortable mattresses). There are three full bathrooms that are comfortable and convenient for a big family. The kitchen is fully stocked with absolutely everything needed to cook gourmet meals (my mother in law is an excellent chef). Publix, Walmart and Cosco are not far for anything you need. We used the Publix delivery service to get our groceries. (SHIPT) There are thick cozy towels for the pool and luxury towels for the home. Our family loves to hang out after dinner and watch tv, and there is a huge tv in the living room (with very comfortable sitting) and a huge tv in each of the 4 rooms. All have cable , plus all the movie apps that all you need to do is sign in and watch. We absolutely loved that! The neighborhood is quite beautiful, and felt like we were in a little piece of country life, in the middle of the city. We enjoyed several local restaurants as well. There are so many close by. We went to the beach several times. Our favorite was Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park. It is a little farther, located in Vanderbilt Beach area ( to enter it is only six dollars per vehicle for a full day) but the beach was less crowded, the sand is white and powdery and the water was see through! I highly recommend you give it a try. There are beach chairs, pool toys, umbrellas, etc..in the garage. All in all, we must recommend this vacation home to you and your family. The owners are extremely responsive and have thought of everything! I bet you will love it as much as we did!

This place was beautiful. It has everything you need and then some. The owners went above and beyond with everything making you feel so very comfortable. The house was immaculate. Great pool and spa. We will definitely look forward to staying here again when we vacation in Naples. You will not be disappointed.

Thanks for letting us stay in your house. It had everything we needed and more. Very private and well landscaped and even though we didn't need it, you never see a rental house with 4 king beds. We enjoyed our stay very much.
