Riad familiar muy bien ubicado. Se hospedaron 3 chicos muy jovenes y en todo momento se ocuparon de ellos a pesar de que el chekin se Hijo oasado las 23 pm. Sirven comidas típicas. El desayuno que ofrecen es muy completo. Tienen servicio de recogida al eropuerto. Ha sido un placer confiar a los chicos a este Riad.

Un lugar para estar una o dos noches. No tan lejos del centro. Una familia acogedora. La recepcionista es muy amable y al tanto de todo. Gracias

Alojarnos en este riad ha sido una gran experiencia, la comida ha sido espectacular y la comodidad de la habitación también. Jihane nos ha hecho sentir como en casa en todo momento, y ha sido muy amable con nosotras para guiarnos y aconsejarnos del costo que debíamos pagar al taxi y hasta nos ayudó a coger uno.

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni al Riad, è stato favoloso,la struttura è meravigliosa! un vero Riad marocchino, curato in ogni dettaglio, i proprietari sono gentilissimi ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! sempre pronti a dare buoni consigli. La terrazza sulla Medina di Fes è la ciliegina sulla torta! Comodissima la posizione.

C'était idéal pour une nuit et pour le prix. On y était en décembre et il y avait le chauffage dans la chambre ce qui était très appréciable. Le personnel serviable. L'emplacement, pas dans la medina mais à côté

Il manque un peu d'entretien des meubles dans la salle de bain Les oreillers trop durs à mon goût

I fall in love with this place and with Hanae and her family. Stayed in the top floor and Hanae helped us taking the suitcase all the way up. The Riad is very nice and clean, and in the top floor there is also a relaxing area, to sit and drink mint tea and watch the sunset looking at the old city. Bathroom is good and beds are comfortable. I recommend this Riad to anybody that wants to feel at home and wants to be close to Medina. I did not eat there but the smell from the kitchen was very attractive. Thank you Hanae and your family for everything. I will recommend anybody.

Nice location (Bab Ricif) which is close to the places of interests. Staff friendly. Clean and bed comfortable.

We stayed here for two nights. The place is really beautiful and confortable, all the riad is covered with mosaics, the room was wide and clean and had air conditioning (which can come really handy if like us you travel in summer), and the Moroccan breakfast was delicious. But without any doubt the best asset of this hotel is the family that manages it: we were treated as kings, thank you so much, be sure that we will stay here when we come back to Fes

The riad and the room are beautiful, comfortable and very clean! The staff was super friendly and kind, for example they gave us the take-away breakfast earlier than the established time. The position is also good, close to restaurants and to the medina. The dinner in the riad was also very good!

The dinner menù could have more options. Sometimes in the bathroom there was smell of exhaust

Staff welcome Air conditioner

Ad a loyal customer of booking, I got a good last minute price. I booked a well decorated room (chaimae room). Arrived tired at 23h, I got the roof room you see in the pictures. The explanation after looking at the price : Your room was given to someone else by mistake. We can book you somewhere else.

The staff were accommodating with our luggage. Good communication with the staff helped us to find the Riad

Location is excellent. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful.

Riad with a very nice architecture and very pleasant owner. Breakfast on the terassse was always a daily highlight. I got dinner once there, was home cooked....simply delicious..... Very spacious room. It is only some minutes walk to Errecif , which is the connection to old city of Fes

A little bit noisy on street, and the light on corridor was switched off quite late

Loved the atmosphere and the friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Speak many languages fluently. Great breakfast (ours was included) and delicious homemade food for reasonable price. Cute rooms. Beautiful Riad. They can help book tours.

Location is about a 20-30 minute walk from major sites, but it is really not that bad.

Really nice Riad especially the rooftop terrace. A bit loud, you could hear everything in our room from 8am when the breakfast was starting being prepared. Great location next to the road, so no need to walk around within medina in the evening. Staff was really great and nice.

Taxi from the airport booked by Riad was super overpriced - we paid 30 Euros. No shelves to put our stuff on. Room was really loud.

unfortunately they have problems with the sewage smell in the bathrooms, on some days, especially when it rains the smell rises from the showers and makes the rooms smelly. despite this, the staff was super helpful accommodating us in changing rooms. I hope they can fix the problem
