The lock of the door is really hard to use, and the water is yellow…

The owner was very communicative and helpful when I asked her questions. She gave the best recommendations about places to visit and eat. The property is well located (no sea view) but, 3 minutes walking to the most beautiful port that would blow your mind.

The rooms are one floor up and there is no elevator. This wasn’t an issue for us though.

Price-Quality balance… 110e for a small appart at low season, at the entrance of the village, without any view on the beautiful Figuera Port, and more importantly, with Building site all around (&just in front) with big noices at 7.30 am… We know that it’s not up to the hotel… but still we believe its too expensive.

The description of my room was accurate. There was good communication between the host and I. Thanks to that I was able to check-in smoothly. I love the location where my lodging was.

I don’t like shower curtains because they can smell if not managed correctly. In this case, that’s what happened to my bathroom. The check-out process could have been better. Instead of waiting for a staff to pay in person, there could have been a virtual transaction.

I've been there in December. The room didn't have a proper heater although it was promised in the description. There was just an electronic air heater, which at the same time is an aircondition. So the air got warm, but the walls were ice cold and there was constant moisture in the room. Because of that even the clothes were moist in the morning. I was lucky that I had long warm pyjamas and socks with me, otherwise (e.g. just with a tshirt) it would have been impossible to sleep.

The breakfast was served as a buffet with a variety of delicious croissants, pan au chocolate, cereal & granola, yogurt juice, fruit etc. with freshly prepared bacon and eggs together with coffee of your choice. Guadalupe went even a step further and allowed us to have our breakfast in the room - even after the buffet had closed - on a beautifully assembled tray with everything we asked for & more. Very appreciated! :)

Honestly the breakfast exceeded my expectations - I usually select places which offer a wide range of breakfast products and this hotel really hit the spot.

A small and charming hotel in the center of Cala Figuera. The size of our room, its cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, the beauty of the decoration, the parking spaces in front of the hotel, the extraordinary friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, everything was perfect. I was a bit hesitant to book this place, because of little reviews available, but really happy I did. A simple hotel with all the amenities you need. The staff (thank you Guadalupe!! ❤️) was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room spotless and very comfortable.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was of a very high standard

Beautiful terrace for breakfast, buffet with freshly made cooked items on request. Rooms tastefully decorated and comfortable with ample space.

Not a problem for us, some stairs to access rooms but staff very helpful always. Nothing else at all wrong with this place.

The host, Guadalupe was very nice and very helpful. Everything needed was provided. Huge restaurant downstairs.

Bed was not comfortable and if anyone checks in at night, you can hear them out in the corridor.

Super nice and modern place to stay! Very comfortable bed and good facilities in the rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive with everything (recommendations, further planning & bookings) ! The place is also very nice and not as touristy as some of the surrounding villages.
