The pictures were reflective of the actual property. The ease of arrival and departure was appreciated. We loved all the fun the games and amenities provided. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook. The linens were top notch and the beds were cozy. Watching the sunset and feeding deer were amongst two of the additional perks we didn’t anticipate! We love the neighborhood and utilized the neighborhood pool and gym. A beautiful place with lots of room for families!

We enjoyed all of the amenities. Luxurious property, comfortable beds. Loved the balconies and firepit. Everything you need to relax and enjoy family. We loved seeing deer every day and fed them our leftover watermelon on our last day.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home more than met our expectations. It was well-kept and spotless. There were amenities for everyone of every age. Also, the environment was great. We wanted a nice, quiet, and secluded stay, and the area met all of our needs

Absolutely the perfect tranquil site for a getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I always bring my own cooking, cleaning, paper-ware etc supplies, but did not need them because the place was very well stocked.
My only concern was the steep entryway into the driveway felt hazardous IMO, but I would still book another stay. Would definitely recommend to others!

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this location. The views were amazing and the property looked exactly like it is shown on the pictures. We will be back.

This was a perfect drive for our family's long summer weekend. We have stayed at many vacation rental properties throughout the years and found this property to be exceptionally clean. We ate most of our meals in the house but enjoyed a night out at the Captain's Wharf. The grandkids absolutely loved feeding the catfish outside the restaurant. The house was set up very well for adult family members & their kids. The high chair was broken when we arrived - made one phone call & the rental company had another sent to the house asap! I've never experienced that kind of service. The kids loved the game room in the garage, the hot tub, and the deer. The house is as beautiful as pictured in the photos.

It was a great long weekend! House is so nice for families or groups of friends like ours! The property management company was able to accommodate an early check in which was so amazingly helpful! Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed — the views and rooms were beautiful. Just a few small details that honestly in the scheme of the weekend didn’t matter!

This weekend get-away was amazing, the morning view of the lake with the deer and "Bambi" (baby deer) was a beautiful surprise. The house was just like the pictures. We enjoyed it. Thank you. Would recommend to family and friends.

Rented this Vrbo summer of 2022. Perfect some a weekend out with the guys, grilling, poker, and games. Would rebook if looking for another spot in N. "Austin" area.

This home exceeded all expectations and was a perfect escape from the city. With gorgeous lake views from both patios, it is so thoughtfully designed and has hotel like amenities (bath robes, anyone?). Location was great too- 3 minutes from boat/ jet ski rentals, and 4 minutes from the local marina restaurant, Captain Pete's (highly recommend!).
& the game room was such a hit! We will definitely be back... already looking at dates next month.

Overall property was nice. Location at the time of stay was not ideal because all activities planned were on the other side of the lake and took an hour to get to them. The two gripes that I have are that there is no tint on the living room windows. It got extremely warm in the living room during the day and took the A/C a bit to get the house to cool off in the evening. They do allow pets which is convenient, but there is no fenced in yard for them to go. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

This place was dreamy! Everything was perfect. Property was far from restaurants, grocery stores. About 40 min. If you are planning to stay at this property I would recommend to load up in groceries.
