Our stay in Phil's Apartment is 10+. Phil was wery helpful and good houst. The Apartment is new and fully equipped with everything need for your staying. Cleaning service is there every 3 days. Bathroom is big with washing machine. Apartment has a private parking lot in front of the building. The images are realistic without editing. The building is located in a very quiet and peaceful street.

The host was really nice and kind. I really liked the apartment. The location is really good. You are close to the city center. There are a few supermarkets close to the apartment. Everything was clean and looked brand new.

New place, modern facilities, well-thought-out details, good balcony. Nice host who spent a lot of time during check-in to provide useful information about the area. Kitchen is not too big but contains everything you need.
