Staying at Pinstay

The location and the staff were excellent

The amenities inside the homestay were confusing to use like the water heater and the cooking tabletop. No clear instruction on how to use it. The carpet also need a cleaning.

Stay was cozy but the toilet had a smell of fungus. The reception has limited working hours

The room was cozy and nice design. Main window was facing greeneries. Basic amenities provided.

The hotel is super hard to locate. The host provided the direction but did not state clearly which escalator near which shop to go. They only put one escalator photo as a direction but there are actually two escalators. The check out is even worse. The reception has got no staff until about 9am. I was waiting for them to reply my message and waiting in front of the reception until 9am then only able to check out. This is super inconvenient. Someone should have briefed about how to self check out but it didn’t happen. Pay your own parking fee

Overall everything is nice and love the sea view especially in the morning, very cozy place to stay.

The wifi, we stayed for 4 nights but only able to use the wifi during our 1st night. Then the rest of the days, wifi was not working. Hope you guys can fix this problem ASAP.

Good short stay but be sure to ask for enough facilities/utensils

Clean and good interior design.

Facilities: the room I booked was for 6 persons, two of my family members were to sleep on sofa bed, but blanket were not provided. It was only a short stay, but the utensil they provided to us were not enough for 6 persons. I would suggest to have a curtain over window which aircond condenser was placed (I suppose) for the room with sliding door because it could be too bright in the morning if we wanna sleep in for a bit. The price they charged is for 6 persons as in descriptions and I expected all the necessary facilities are for 6 persons. Thank you

Value for money , Location strategic at KK town

The location is super strategic , near to all places in the KK town. There is 24hrs shop to buy anything you want to buy. The house view is super nice facing.. so breathtaking.

There is one kind odor not nice on the bathroom. maybe use better exhaust fan and put bath freshener. Please provide more bath foot toilet for both door since this unit have 2 doors.

Some facilities are in chinese. No instructions in English. No instructions on how to use the induction stove. Maybe a microwave will suffice.
