Location is great and central- short walk to the beach - a good range of bars and restaurants locally

Some maintenance issues- no cold water out of main bathroom tap

Place was absolutely lovely, prime location, great value for the money.

It was SO HOT in the room. I’m a naturally always cold person, but couldn’t sleep at night bc it was so ungodly hot in there. Thermostat can’t go below 73 (per directives from host) and it was just unbearablely hot. Even with the ceiling fan running.

Couldn’t figure out directions for the key card but figured it out after called Vacasa.

Be prepared to pay for breakfast at the resorts restaurant. The stay was great! We loved the place.

There were no coffee filters for the coffee maker, and that was a huge bummer for me. So might want to pack your own just in case

Vacasa is terrible, we had to evacuate because of Hurricane Idalia and lost 4 nights. They will not refund because we didn’t get travel insurance. This is terrible customer service and I would recommend that nobody ever uses Vacasa for your vacation. They will screw you over and take your money.

Never rent from Vacasa they are thieves and will rip you off and have terrible customer service. We had to evacuate due to a hurricane

Location, kids liked access to the water park, safe parking

Stained or possibly dirty bed linens and blankets, not enough towels, no linens provided for pullout couch, stained upholstery on couch. I didn't know the pool on the property was part of a water park. The park closed at 6pm, no info was provided to inform us we could still use the pool after closing hours. Left a sandal behind, was informed there was a 25 dollar fee just to have staff look for it. Shipping would have been extra. The fee to have someone check the lost and found? Ridiculous!
