2 steps into bathroom very dangerous as I forget they were there in the middle of the night fell down them in the dark

I liked the room having a kitchen and bathroom but it wasn’t very clean there was hairs in the sink and dirt on the cutlery, muck in the cupboards
I didn’t like the staff trying the door at exactly 11am when it’s stated we could leave from 11-12, the cleanliness was poor and for the price it should of been immaculate, the pull out bed for my daughter didn’t have a proper mattress so she couldn’t sleep on it as a bed

I liked that the host was available to show me to my room and easily hand over keys
The water was shut off for a short while, but nothing that really impacted my stay overall!

Pleasant airy room. Clean and tidy.
I expected ensuite bathroom. The shared bathroom was ok though. Friday night was noisy in harbour street, though the location was central.

Location was perfect, just a minute from Ramsgate main sands. We met up with extended family members on the main sands for the whole day and the location meant it was very easily accessible to us. It was a real bonus to have use of a kitchen with kettle, microwave , plenty of crockery etc.
The owners were both so polite and helpful , it was nice to be able to meet with the actual owners. The Indian Restaurant below was excellent.
The number of stairs we had to climb to get up to our room. Unfortunately we are in our late 60s . There are plans however for further rooms to be added to the ground floor at the back of the building. This will be very useful .

Everything was great. The location is central. The place is clean. The host is kind. The bed is super comfortable.
