The location was good, room clean and suited our needs. The staff especially Jason and Chloe were very friendly, professional and always keen to help. Thank-you.

Probably only the building site but there isn’t much you can do about that. Also it would have been nice to have a more spacious area to eat/meet in perhaps get a coffee or drink?

Overall the room was clean and the staff was nice. The location was easy to get anywhere in the city because of being close to the R line subway or even within walking distance of the Barclays Center to get any subway.

Overall I felt that the room pictures did not meet the actual size of the room or the amenities. The studio was expected to be small but was even smaller than expected. the bathroom was so small we had to leave the bathroom door open to sit on the toilet. the shower had a tile fixture that was most likely a pipe that stuck out about 8in from the middle of the shower and we were unable to stand comfortably in the shower. both my wife and I are skinny people so I can only imagine how this room would have been for someone who would be larger. Because the shower was so small the shower curtain would stick to any part of your body that was in proximity to you. the bathroom would also fill with water because of the difficulty with showering.

The location was perfect for entertainment , transportation the train is right on the block. Few mins to Downtown Brooklyn. The comfortable bed. Cleanliness , welcoming staff.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the malfunctioning air conditioning system in the room. Despite notifying the staff about this issue immediately, the only solution they provided was a basic fan. This was a disappointment, as it did not adequately address the lack of cool air and comfort that I had anticipated during my stay. My experience was terrible

I was quite annoyed by all the email reminders of online check-in. I booked the room some 7 months in advance and got more than 50 reminders, even though I pointed out that I would only check in just prior to our trip. In general in was quiet on the 2nd floor however, there was a noisy cleaning session of the ground floor that took place between 1 and 3 o'clock in the morning (must have been waking up everyone on the ground floor, incl. my daughters). I missed a fridge in the room. The windows do not open, but the AC is ok.

my shower didnt work the room was filthy - i took pictures and showed the staff and they said it was a "matter of opinion" re the dirt all over the floor. not very helpful or professional.

Comfortable beds, clean, central location

The front door entrance code did not work when we got home around midnight. Another guest also was unable to get in with his code. A security guard thankfully was able to help us in.

The location is great, right next to the subway. Nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Felt safe and enjoyed the room. Lots of storage including a large closet with drawers.

Data harvesting operation. Horrible security. Very unsafe to depend on signing in on an app late at night. Run by AI. Creepy.

there was a big building work going on right next to the hotel but saying that it didn't me whilst in the hotel only arriving leaving and not a criticism of the hotel of course

Feels a bit quiet, given it’s an online check in hotel, but you get used to it. Construction next door starts promptly at 7am, so hard to sleep after that though we had to get up anyway. Bot the hotels fault of course but be warned.

It was very noisy in the accommodation as it is located on a very busy street and the room doors could not be closed properly. This made the doors extremely shaky and when other guests passed by the room, the door moved. This was very noisy. Furthermore, the room was very small. For two people almost impossible, because you have no space to store his bags neatly. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not really clean and you could still guess the foam of the predecessor dried on the wall. For over $200/night this should not be. The shower curtain was not very comfortable and did not prevent the entire bathroom from being under water after you showered. Unfortunately, the thermostat on the faucet in the shower was also broken, making it impossible to adjust the temperature while showering.
