I liked everything, the room, the view, the location.. it was just perfect. I spent two days with serenity and calm. The staff is something else, they’re all very hospitable and kind.. they go above and beyond for the clients.

There was a network issue, I hope they can fix in the future. Other than than it was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. Abdullah, Reta and Rachid were really really good with us and our kids. We did get ill towards the end of our stay (nothing to do with the hotel) the guys looked after us, getting medication from the Pharmacy and providing us with oregano tea. Couldn’t ask for more from the hosts. The food was great wish we had eaten at the hotel more!

Worst experience ever that i'm affraid to share !! We arrived by evening as four people group of 2 ladys and 2 gentlemen, while checking they asked us about our IDs and our marriage certificats, we simply explained to them that we are not married and we are basically separated in two rooms as the ladys have their own room and the gentlemen have the other own. They were so hesitating to separate us in "rooms that are far from each other, like we were there to make problems happening" we felt like we are already guilty for nothing... After this "warm welcoming", we told them that we will be late coming back from Marrakech for our hangout, the manager told us that it's impossible to rejoin the hotel after midnight as they definitely close the door and nobody will be there. As we were surprised by that as the reservation infos didn't contain this condition. So we tried to explain that to stuff management but they simply told us that these are the rules and we needed to obey to that. We talked to the owner that wasn't even there, trying to explain her that this particular condition wasn't in our reservation's conditions, but she was strict and not at all understanding. Moreover, there was a MAD, INSANE, DIRTY DISRESPECTFUL woman calling herself a manager, as she was trying to push us all the time to argue badly. Eventually things were so heaty as we (the guests) were on the road to call the royal gendarmerie to solve every conflict and refund our money. We were informed from the manager that the royal gendarmerie was called by the hotel also to sort things out, but when we came back we found things frozen as they were, and no alternative solution was suggested. After a severe arguing the manager refunded us the money we paid (even trying to deprive us of 200 MAD of the reservation sum on the pretext that he does not have enough money in his pocket (although it was a clear lien and he wanted to keep the 200 MAD for himself).

La Perle felt like an Oasis of replenishing peace away from the frenetic busy market towns. the swimming pool was perfect, views amazing & sound of stream & luscious surrounding trees a balm to the soul. Staff were amazing, helpful & kind .

It felt like a peaceful oasis, beautiful garden & great pool. kids loved the trampoline & swing ball.

It was pretty clean hotel. It was quiet some times.

The pool was very cold. Even in the high temperatures. And a tiny pool,very small. The stuff was alright but little slow in service. Food was not so good.
